Except for smoky lobby, overall stay is good. Staff are warm and polite. Room are spacious, I have to run when opening door for delivery.

Perfect experience.
The hotel is well-located and well-equipped. It's convenient to go to the metro station. There are many parking places if you are coming by car.
The room is clean and quiet. The bed is comfortable. I loved the self-service laundry.

這是我住的兩百多塊錢的酒店，是比較一般的。我所住的房間設施比較老舊。就床頭那兩個插頭可以用，壓根兒不方便辦公。訂這個酒店就是看好酒店的健身房，結果5點關門兒。來出差的，白天哪有時間健身？不太明白你們酒店的規定。奇葩是健身房是跟另一家酒店共用，問他們前台説5點後還是開放。莫名其妙。

因為開學在即，不能出省，所以這次就選擇了在市內遊玩幾天，看了好幾家酒店，最終選擇了這家菲爾酒店。停車場都是在露天的，晚上到店停車位不太好找，因為樓上餐廳也有客户車。我們有一天在酒店用餐在酒店用餐的時候 遇到有客人吸煙，煙味很大，希望酒店能夠對於在自己酒店室內的公共場所吸煙能夠加以改善。首先 説下早餐，早餐時間是早上六點到十點，還算比較 豐富，超過120cm的孩子都是28元一位，隨便吃吃不用太講究。酒店的房問還是比較乾淨，各方面的衞生情況不錯，房間中的牀頭櫃還配有USB插口以及數據線，做的很人性化，不足之處就是有些煙味 在裏面，房問的隔音設施也不是很好，希望酒店以後能夠在這方面下些功夫改善一下。 酒店的工作人員遇到都能很熱情的主動問好，酒店人員的素質不錯。酒店周邊遊玩的景點也挺多的，總之這家酒店各方面都做的不錯，我，孩子這幾天都玩的比較高興。

房間比較大，樓下就有吃的。早餐也不錯，唯一缺點就是我們有一個房間的空調冷氣不是很足。到了後半夜才涼快

1.房間很大，室內乾淨時尚。浴室很寬敞，真是太好了。 2.工作人員負責， 3.早餐真的很好。所有的食物都很好吃，沒有丟失任何東西。4.附近有很多便利設施 便利店和大型購物中心都可以使用。5.床上用品的狀況似乎是新的。6電熱水壺和烘乾機非常乾淨。大廳裏有很多茶水，非常棒

衞生：衞生還要再注意點點細節， 設施：鏡子是帶有燈光的，照鏡子時看的更清楚，衞生間還有專門的防滑墊，就是住進去的那天酒店出了點問題不過很快解決了 服務：態度好的，辦理好入住後會加個微信，會有一些温馨提示，有什麼事直接微信溝通就好了，速度很快的 還可以免費停車，很方便的，酒店旁邊就有公交車站和地鐵站，去哪裡都是方便的，性價比高，以後有機會去住的

優點：攜程預訂前台給升級套房，帶孩子入住簡直
完美不過也是要看房間是否充足吧
風景還可以啦，算是長客了，服務很及時，知道家裡有孩子喝奶粉 每次送水都多送幾瓶
不需要打電話給前台，這種貼心服務給個贊，心情美
美噠，胸卡有位叫娜娜女孩工作人員就很贊，很温暖，很有耐心幫我解答和處理各類問題，感謝
但是，早餐品類太少了而且…無論什麼時候入住，早餐都差不多哈哈哈
