I'm the mother of a disabled girl, I booked a room at this hotel asking that it was normal to host us.When we arrived, we immediately realized that they had transformed a double into a triple room simply by adding a double room. the bed and moving the comforts near the entrance door of the room and the window door that gave on the outside terrace, there was therefore no possibility of moving inside the room because the doors were blocked and not They could open themselves completely for the car passage. Breakfast was unpayable, few brioches and yogurt counted, which were just finished after 1/2 now, there was no water dispenser, replaced by two sole bottles of water: a smooth and a gassed for all guests of the structure. The bedrooms were dirty and sweet, and we sleeped on the towels. We were cheated by the three stars on the site that I don't understand what criterion they were assigned and all this was profumed to the levels of a true four-star hotel. The room was clean but furnished with the modernized Ikea, and has the traves of the ceiling not all painted. The noisy mini refrigerator was equipped with one bottle of water from the rubber, in front of the anti-covid rules. The bathroom is not suitable for the washing of the bathroom, because you need to move your hands from one side to the other, and in the shower glass there are still adhesives to avoid breaking them. The room was opened on a terrace in common with the other room after being climbed up from a three-stage Ikea wood, to the front of the safety standards, and through a lower window. The terrace with powerful air-conditioning machines has a beautiful view of the motorway box. In the asthetary, common to the three rooms, there is a hot coffee and drink machine that is a offense to the famous Napoletano coffee. The gentleman who grew us seemed very shocked by our presence and the fact that we had accepted his offer of two cornets, which probably came from the table of the last King Borbone. We are convinced that Naples can be better.

Nice B&B in the city center of Napoli. The room was spacious and totally sufficent for my wife, two kids (2 and 4 years old) and me. The included breakfast was ok, but due to the limited space, there was little choice. Furthermore a lot of plastic was used, e.g. for the cerials, jam, nutella, etc. The staff was really gentle and attentive, but but also sometimes still quite out of it, e.g. for arranging the breakfast they were most of the times a little late. As the B&B is located north of Sanità, the walk to heart of the city takes quite a while, but is manageable. A bus station (takes you to the center in a couple of minutes), a public paid parking and also supermarkets, shops and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. Last but not least, the WIFI is working good. All in all we had a really a good time and we would definitely stay at Di Palma Suite Museum again.
