Best hotel I have ever stayed in! The host was so accommodating and friendly. I arrived very late but they have perfectly clear instructions on how to get into my room. In the morning she offered me coffee. A beautiful place! Clean, well designed and comfortable.

One of the best stay I’ve ever tried in the area. Great location, very convenient for reaching any areas of the city. The art pieces spread all over the hotel are authentic and from local sites. Nice and friendly staff. I can’t wait to go there again. Thank you.

My wife, I and my son had a very good time, the beds are very comfortable, the room is clean, the furnishings are modern and the room where you have breakfast has a beautiful view towards the gardens and the gulf. Good breakfast and very welcoming host.

We returned to the hotel after a year in the hope that something had improved because the structure is potentially really interesting. In addition to the location, in fact, the building that houses the hotel is beautiful and also the furnishings, the interior layout (the bathroom on the mezzanine, inconvenient but very beautiful), the decorations and the objects present are all in excellent taste. A pleasure for the eyes. It is the management and cleanliness, however, that still leave much to be desired. Last year breakfast came from the bar (and oh well they had just opened), this year however they assured us that we would find it prepared on site and we trusted... but instead, frozen croissants and coffee with pods (at Naples, this is unacceptable! This would be enough to close the discussion). But I want to focus on the breakfast "waitresses": totally unpresentable. They touch everything with their hands, caught smoking in the window waiting for the arrival of the guests (upon arrival in the room therefore, as soon as you wake up, you are greeted by a stench of smoke that will curse the minute you got up). Then maybe they are also kind, but in terms of professionalism... absolute zero. The other sore point is the lack of care and cleanliness. Apart from the bed, which is really comfortable and welcoming, if you don't let yourself be distracted by the furnishings, which, I repeat, are in excellent taste, and you look around for a moment the walls of the room are quite cheap and shabby. The window on the balcony overlooking the sea is closed, to be opened only by tilting and releasing rubble with every movement. The sink was completely blocked, the tub shower was tiny, the cup without a lid and in general everything was quite dirty and had an intense "smell" of dirty rags. We could (and should) do much better. The alternative is to halve prices. Very expensive for what they currently offer. Such a pity.

We stayed in this small hotel for two nights during the Epiphany weekend, we were two couples with two children. First of all I want to say that the girl who manages the structure, Rossana, is delightful, kind and always available, but there are many problems regarding the structure. After booking, an email arrived with some codes so when you arrive you use them to open the first external door, as it is a building with an internal courtyard, before entering the building there is a second door and when you arrive upstairs to open the door of the structure there 'is another code. When we arrived there was no one, this usually happens in B&Bs, but in hotels you expect a receptionist upon arrival, human contact is important in my opinion. As soon as we entered, a room, adjacent to the small hall, had the door open and there was a TV dismantled and placed on the bed. Perhaps it was undergoing maintenance, but I think it would have been nicer to close the door of the room. Once we arrived in our room we began to notice the many problems, the worst being the cleanliness. The rooms should be painted because the walls were dirty, the maintenance is very poor in the sink the water didn't flow and then as you can see in the photo, what is absurd, the tap reached the edge of the sink impossible to wash 😱 not to mention the bidet stuck between two walls. The terrible breakfast, in Naples there are so many delicacies that finding croissants frozen and not even cooked is a sacrilege and then cappuccino, hot chocolate etc. made with a terrible home electric machine. In the photos the rooms seemed very bright but this is not the case being in a building with an internal courtyard the rooms were dark with no natural light. The location is quite good, crossing the large municipal villa in front you are on the seafront, on foot taking a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes you arrive at Castel dell'Ovo, from the structure to go to Piazza Plebiscito it always takes a good half hour on foot while to go to the historic center more than an hour.

Non ho mai avuto cuscini così morbidi e però non mi piace che uno devi salire le scale per andare in bagno. Poi io la sera mi guardò anche la tv io racconterei che non ero mai stata in un b e B così grande
