Overall the room is nice Because Americans value privacy, they don't have to worry about communal spaces In fact, they are all separate rooms and bathrooms Public space has everything you need, coffee is free, and you can heat things and wash clothes and dry them. The parking lot is also very free. In the end, the staff is very proactive. Recommended!

First of all, know that this hotel has no elevator and there are stairs everywhere. The vreakfast buffet had a nice variety of offerings, both hot and cold. Staff kept it stocked. The room itself was clean and comfortable, except for the couch. It was like sitting on a brick wall. The shower was like no other I have ever seen. It was a walk-in shower. The partition only covered half the shower, so water ended up splashing onto the floor, leaving a big puddle right in front of the toilet. It has a rainshower head, which I hate, and had low water pressure. The rooms are in several buildings, with 4 in each building, 2 downstairs and 2 up. Security for them was great, requiring a room key to enter the building. That being said, ice was only available in the main building, which means a bit of a hike to get it.

Could use some TLC in the rooms we stayed. But book your room before hand and you will save at least 40 dollars. Me and my husband stayed here for 2 and a half weeks. We finally figured out that we could upgrade our room. Always book the premium room. They are alot cleaner and alot more space. All and all the bed slept wonderful and the office personal experience was a 7 out of 10. Being 1 the worst. We stayed the 1st few days in 125,which we had not a clue that they offered 3 different varieties of rooms. Then we booked a week in the premium room. Still the beds were exceptional. But the only thing I have to complain about is they dont offer breakfast. And the rooms could use some TLC. I have posted some pictures of the 125 room that we stayed in 1st.

Jonaé and her staff helped us tremendously as our flight was delayed and we had to scramble to find a hotel. She was patient, kind and compassionate. Even with all the airline misshapes, they went out of their way to makes us comfortable.

We booked three rooms with this hotel based on pictures from the hotel website. Seem to be a clean, above average hotel. Do not be deceived!! For starters, they have bedbugs. I got bit and came home with 40+ bedbug bites. Had to make a trip to the doctor and get prescription strength anti-itch cream. So I showed the hotel manager the numerous bites on my arms and legs, I took pictures and also captured one of the bedbugs in a plastic cup and took it down to the front desk to show him. He was in denial and said they weren’t bedbugs-he didn’t know what they were but he would contact his exterminator. He offered a $70 credit. Seriously? I itched for five days and ended up making a trip to the doctor, had to fill a prescription and you only offer $70 credit? I contacted Best Western corporate and they were not willing to do anything about it; told me it was at the discretion of the hotel. The rooms were dirty… Hair and dirt in the bathroom corners, feces on the toilet, stained and sticky carpet, grease on the valance. This hotel is also located in the hood, across the street from apartment apartment complex, bus stop outside in homeless camp one block away. There is an abandoned building outback with a chain-link fence around it and barbed wire fence on top of that. Our first night, we heard gunshots at 4 AM. That should tell you something! I have since read numerous reviews of bedbugs and uncleanliness at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Stayed here while on holiday in Nashville. Positives- it's good value and has everything you need from a motel; staff were friendly and helpful with one noteable exception; easy access to downtown via uber or taxi. Negatives- cleaning could be better; only one of the 2 beds was made up when we arrived and there was one really rude member of staff. We got back midnight (Sunday night) and tried to get some bottled water. The woman refused to sell us bottled water from reception (there was plenty and we made it clear we had the cash to pay for it). I guess if the till was closed, the till was closed but she was so rude and aggressive it spoiled a lot of the good things about the hotel. A shame because it's an ok place.
