This hotel is a must-visit when in Nashville, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The building and lobby are very elegant, the rooms are great, with a unique and practical layout, and there's a Michelin-starred chef's restaurant downstairs. I loved it!

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. Loved the dill martini! I needed breakfast by 6:30am sharp due to a flight and they were not a minute late when delivering it. Great customer service.

The room you chose was sub par! For this amount of money I expect a decent room with a view! Turn down service at 9:30 is ridiculous! The car rental was a POS Mitsubishi that had 70,000 miles on it and made me feel pretty stupid! Wake up and start giving to the people who support you!

This is a nice hotel that is in reasonable shape. However, service was slow and ooor, from reception to general service. Also no coffee machines in rooms?? First “luxury” hotel I have stayed in that has no in-room coffee. Would definitely not go back.

It’s a beautiful hotel, well run, great attention to detail such as the water pressure in shower is excellent, great towels and sheets, and turndown service. Lobby bar lets you enjoy a uniquely lovely space.
