Affordable standard room, comfortable, overlooking the sea and swimming pool. Varied and delicious breakfast. I am in Natal, I recommend it and I will return to the hotel.

Funcionários dedicados a manter o hotel limpo e organizado. Dispõe de um serviço de fotografia maravilhosa, quero deixar um agradecimento a Edson da Recordar. Fizemos uma sessão de fotos e ficou perfeitas. Ganhamos um brinde, um barco com nossa foto - nossa escolha - e fizemos a sessão de fotos que era opcional escolher mais fotos e pagar por fora. Café da manhã não há muita variedade, mas serve bem. Ótima localização! Só peguei Uber para conhecer o shopping Midwal wall de resto consegui fazer tudo a pé, supermercado, restaurante, sorveteria, farmácia, etc. Recomendo o hotel, pois possui áreas abertas para descanso, leitura e diversão com a família. Fui a Natal sozinha e escolhi o Serantes, hotel bem localizado próximo à praia! O atendimento deles é impecável, equipe bem atenciosa e prestativa, todos educados a Sandra estava sempre sorrindo, também tem uma moça que não me lembro o nome mas eu saia cedo pro passeio e voltava a noite ela estava lá muito bacana super simpática e sorridente! Os recepcionistas as meninas do café da manhã são simpáticos, minha experiência foi muito boa com eles ! O quarto estava super limpo, é mais bonito pessoalmente do que nas fotos! Limpeza impecável! O café da manhã é bem simples …. No mais nota 10000000 pra eles! E brigado por tudo! Até a próxima Que Jesus os abençoe grandemente!
