Nice room and clean. Dinner was great at the small restaurant.
Cons: parking lot is limited, no coffee pot in room, no one at front desk when checking in. They had left work early without a replacement. So it took a while to check in.

The beds were very comfortable, the shower had good pressure and the staff were hospitable and welcoming. We did not receive any housekeeping besides trash removal every few days and 1 towel refresh. The staff works very very hard. The restaurant is delicious. The facilities are quaint, but very outdated. The location is superb, totally walkable.

I love this property so much. The rooms are furnished in actual antiques and the beds are very comfortable. I feel like I am stepping back in time. The restaurant is delicious and we love starting our day with the breakfast that is included. You can easily walk to restaurants and shopping. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

All was great. Only issue was that restaurant was closed at 7 am. Breakfast was included in rate but I had no opportunity to eat breakfast at the property.
Tub in room 259 needs repair.

I believe this is the nicest place I have ever stayed in 85 years of travel in USA. The place is clean as a penny whistle. The staff is lovely and supportive. Each room in this lovely and historic guest house is a museum. I would recommend this place without qualifications. Just do it. I promise you will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our weekend getaway at The Guest House. The staff was wonderful, room was beautiful, service was exceptional. Great location, perfect for walking around to all of the downtown shops. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

This lovely Stately Mansion is near the centre of town, parking was plentiful in the street, and walking in the surrounding streets was great with all the historic mansions to view. The riverfront is an easy 10 minute walk - and well worth doing at sunset. This was a perfect change from the usual hotel room.
