Есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха! Вкусный ресторан Sasha в пяти минутах ходьбы от отеля! Супермаркеты, сувенирные лавки, длинная береговая линия в 5-15 минутах на тук-туке! Вкусный завтрак был включён в стоимость! Хозяин отеля-Уди, прекрасный человек! Очень вежливый, участливый, супер-отзывчивый, всегда поможет, ответит на все вопросы, сделает все, что в его силах, чтоб ваш отдых в отеле был замечательным! Обожаю это место, людей! We had ourHome Coming function at Arena Artorium, Avenra Garden, Negombo with about 350 guests. They have made it unforgettable and it was nicely organised. Staff were really helpful and nice. Event Cordinator, Mr Ibrahim, gave us a remarkable service. Rooms were also up to the standards and with all the amenities. Food was mouthwatering and delicious. Recommended.

It's close to the airport. It may be convenient for a little stay due to time. But there are no shops or buses nearby. Nearby bus stop or train station It is difficult to walk without using a taxi or tuk-tuk. There are no amenities. I need to bring it. It was spicy but very delicious. Hotel tuk 🏨 I think the tuk is expensive. I had money troubles. I went shopping at the place I asked for, and it took a long time because the cash register was crowded. I was charged an astonishing amount. ,, I asked why, but the answer was difficult to understand. A little disappointing. It is better to discuss the money with the owner before using it. I paid for this hotel booking site and stayed at the hotel I was charged for my stay. I showed the image of the receipt from the app, explained it, and asked for a refund. I made a bill payment together with a tuk-tuk, Because the tuk tuk was priced high for reasons I don't understand I didn't get the full amount paid for the hotel. The owner didn't know I had paid. and answered. Why did you make a reservation by paying with a card from the app site? It was a pity that it was difficult to understand whether it was answered like that and what kind of mechanism it is 😢

Хозяин отеля - чудесный человек. Он помогал нам со всем, с чем бы мы к нему ни обратились! Где нам поменять деньги? Он поменял (и по выгодному курсу!). Где нам арендовать мопед? И с этим помог. Организовал трансфер до аэропорта на тук-туке. Очень приятная зеленая территория. Хороший вкусный завтрак (рисовая каша, фрукты, омлет, тосты с маслом и джемом, чай). Современный номер со всем необходимым. Будем еще раз на Шри-Ланке - обязательно вернемся к такому гостеприимному человеку!

First the god things. The location and the hotel surrounds are just great. You an walk to a number of local restauants and shops with no trouble at all. Reception is very impressive with an open style leading onto the pool and longue area. Staff are frinedly and courteous and the bar area is good. When we were there, a number of travel groups arrived and departed so they seem to have a good market cornered there. Unfortunately now onto the bad. While our room was spacious with a balcony there were issues with cleanliness, particularly with the bathroom and balcony. There appeared to be an ongoing issue with plumbing meaning the room smelt and ther was some mould on the tiles. To be fair to management, as we were only staying in the room overnight with a very early start, we did not complain or bring it to their attention, however, the problem with the bathroom was obviously not a new one. It is quite reasonably priced (about 11000 rupees fora night) but I don't think that menas you need to put up with a not so clean room.

The owners are just the most adorable. I was a solo female traveller and they looked after me like parents. So sweet. Small but clean rooms. Loved the art decor. Bright and cheery. Cosy. Small swimming pool. Loved the pets too. Nice set breakfast, freshly cooked and served to you. Really short and simple straight walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. I went on a boat cruise one evening and the owners checked to see that the company was legitimate. On two separate evenings, they reserved me lovely tables at restaurants and made sure I had good service. They got up early when I left to help with my luggage and to see me off. Support small businesses. Absolutely lovely.

Please take a closer look if you come to Negombo. I booked two rooms, but when they arrived, they were connected to a suite separated by a door. The surroundings are relatively remote. Breakfast is 3 US dollars per person, but the quality is very good. We originally spent the night in Negombo, and the elephant orphanage the next day, in fact, there is really no need to waste money in the elephant orphanage. Because I only used Ctrip to watch, I feel that Negombo has no good hotels at all. In fact, there are many good hotels here! There are many delicious gourmet shops. But to book this kind of reservation, Ctrip has very few listings.

I booked this hotel because the airport was near, and I checked in at midnight. The boss was very enthusiastic. The waiter was sweaty and took 2 towels from a pile of towels for us. In the dim light of the room, we found that the sheets and towels were dirty, and we slept without taking off our clothes. The room is very big, the bathroom door cannot be locked, it leads to another door, it is a bit broken, others can come in our bathroom from the outside! Before 5 o'clock in the morning to catch the plane, we two girls each moved more than 30 kilograms of luggage from the top floor in the dark. We woke up the staff when we couldn’t get a taxi. It turned out that we had already called a taxi for us yesterday. We were shocked when we saw a tuk-tuk with three wheels, and the price doubled. We didn’t want to because we couldn’t fit our luggage and safety reasons. After the ride, the driver left angrily and said: You are rich, but our country is poor. We were very uncomfortable. The hotel's mistake did not inform us of the price and the price of the taxi, which caused the driver to misunderstand. After that, the hotel has been unable to help me call a car or arrange a car to go to the airport. When the plane is about to be delayed, we finally found a car on the side of the dark road, which is a blessing in misfortune. It is recommended not to stay in an informal hotel if the flight is early, in case the travel cannot be guaranteed, it will be very troublesome.

The way in is very remote and winding, but fortunately the environment at the entrance is okay. I won't talk about the room. There is almost no good furniture and the utensils are also very old. However, it is okay if you want to catch a flight. There is a pick-up service, otherwise it would be difficult to get a taxi to the airport.
