23年的按説不該有味道 下水道味道特別大 我一般快中午退房 住的那天早早退了 要不就是我那一間有味道 這個品牌住好多次了第一次感覺不是很好 望改善放點香薰之類的我也奇怪了

位置很好，設施很完善，早餐也不錯 停車地方不多，但是酒店人員很負責，有拍照的都提前打電話讓挪車。很不錯推薦。

設施：洗髮水沐浴露洗手液的味道好好聞 紙巾質量不錯 浴巾毛巾柔軟乾淨 消防設施齊全 還有機器人送餐呦
衞生：一樓大廳寬敞明亮 前台一塵不染 去到五樓 走廊的地毯軟軟的 顏色也非常漂亮 空氣好 床很舒適 布草乾淨 衞生做的很到位
環境：給人感覺就是乾淨明亮 很舒服
服務：前台小哥哥小姐姐有禮貌 熱情 客房大姐積極幫助解決問題 而且也很有禮貌 可見培訓有素 因為不知道續不續住還是退房 需要延時一兩個小時 和前台小姐姐説明原因 小姐姐答應給我延時一兩個小時 服務真的超級棒
入住體驗感非常不錯 小姐姐説下次來送杯飲品 有機會來河南 可別忘記送呦 （飲品是小 看的是處事和服務）真的非常棒的酒店
