The room is clean and tidy. It's quite small but does the job. There's no proper closet, only a few hooks and one hanger. Overall the stay is good given it's affordable price.

The area of the hotel is fine, however, the rooms are very small. We booked a four person room and even opening a single luggage was tight. We had the hang our jackets on the corner of the TV and our luggage handle because there was NO SPACE. The beds are very small and it was hard to move around in that room.
The customer service is not great. The lady at the reception usually working mornings is rude and not at all welcoming. You're basically invisible to her. Also, be prepared to pay for luggage hold if you leave your luggage before 9:00am or after 6:00pm even if you booked a stay (which was a first). The lady at the reception did not bother to let us know of the charge and just began tagging our luggage. It was only after I questioned she let us know.
I would not recommend this hotel, there are cheaper hotels with better customer service and a better room overall.

The best thing about this hotel is its location, very convenient to anywhere you want to go on the Lower East Side. This is not a good spot if you need parking; there is no parking on-site and they were not able to help me locate parking for my vehicle. But parking is always a little tricky in Manhattan.

Hotel and room were modern and clean. Staff was friendly, price was outrageously reasonable for NYC ($250 for 2 nights, all taxes and fees included) Free breakfast of toast bagels, fruit , cereal, coffee and juices. The room was small, but that wasn’t problem as we only needed a place to sleep. The only problem was that there was barely enough room to get around the bed to the side by the window. There was only about a foot between the wall and the front of the bed, but there was a 6 inch frame sticking out of the wall by the corner( framing a small hook for hanging coats) It was very difficult to squeeze between the frame and the bed to get into bed in that side. Other than that, we have no complaints and would recommend it. We would probably pay a little more for a larger room next time.

The property itself was great. Rooms are very small but clean. Perfect for one night. Had we been staying longer we probably would've needed a bigger spot.

The front staff could be more friendly, location is close to the F line and has a bus stop close by… the train station is not stroller friendly.. 20-30 public transport ride to all attractions.

Great location near GW and Brooklyn Bridge close to chinatown and subway nearby. Rooms are comfortable and not as noisy as I thought. There is a train that runs by near the hotel and you can barely hear any noise. Easy checkin. Friendly staff.

Clean and easily accessible by subway from jfk airport. Walkable to financial district and china town. Most importantly clean. There is a train running right next to the hotel though, so if you are a light sleeper may be an issue.
