Very good and comfort stay

The location was at a really shady place. There was no room service. Breakfast was pathetic. It was grab and go with only a small sandwich and cereal. The staff was rude and said “if you don’t like our services you can stay at another hotel”. Will not recommend to stay here. It was a horrible experience and a waste of money.

The room was OK. We stayed for 2 nights, but the room was not cleaned on the second day! Parking is free, but you need to arrive early because it is shared by 2 hotels and parking spaces are limited. If you get up late, you won't be able to find a parking space. The front desk staff saw that we didn't have a parking space and took the initiative to give us her parking space.
The hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the pier at a fixed time, and you can take a free ferry to and from Manhattan. But the hotel shuttle bus needs to be booked in advance, otherwise it will be gone! Since we forgot to make a reservation when we came back at night, we had to take a taxi back to the hotel.

The location is a bit remote and the parking fee is free. Parking fees in New York City are expensive. The breakfast is relatively simple but okay😌. There are almost no restaurants in the town. Of course, it may be because we are not familiar with it!
