Clean rooms and hotel, front desk persons nice, daily cleaning service was very good. Bed was great, bathroom spacious and great shower. Coffee service was very limited. Bar served only wine and beer and small tapas. Solid midtown location.

The room size that i got was pretty decent because it was a corner room, the bed and room was dirty and dusty though. I tried asking the housekeeping the next day to change the sheets and she told me that she had many floors to clean and ask why do i want my sheets to be changed everyday (what? Because it’s dirty??) Most staffs attitude were pretty decent but i’ve stayed in other hotels in NY and they were so much better. Also the NOISE is crazy from the other rooms. They just kept banging the doors(not their intention, it’s just that the hallway is so small and there’s no soundproofing at all). If you’re not an early riser, watch out (by that i mean if you dont wake up around 5am cos they’ll start making noises around 6am). Basically i won’t recommend to stay here, unless you dont care about the dirt or noise.

Very close to Grand Central station. Many restaurants nearby too. Clean rooms, great for coffee people as drinking water and tea coffee are available the whole day in business center. Rooms big and bright, really new. Just you have to wait for the elevator for a while during rush hour. Will stay again.

It was a great stay and the service was good

The hotel room is clean, small and cute. The bathroom is pretty good in New York. There is a separate shower and bathtub. The hot water is good and clean. The hotel is small, with only three or four rooms on each floor. The floors are very high, so it doesn't hurt to wait a little longer for the elevator.

Satisfied with the location, the surrounding environment feels safe

The size of the room is small, but the air conditioner and heater work well, and the interior and room condition is good and clean compared to other places. The water pressure in the shower is a bit weak, but it doesn't interfere with using it. The accommodation amenities are Molton Brown, so it's not bad

Excellent hotel conveniently located. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the property is clean and quiet. Although you're in the city, you don't hear much of the noise from your room, only a little which is understandable. It's in an excellent location that allows you to walk pretty much anywhere. You can easily walk to fifth avenue and also to the theatres, however if you want to travel further out then public transport is readily available. There's a restaurant located in the hotel although I didn't end up trying it so can't comment on that, but it does give you the option at least to get food quickly and not have to worry about finding somewhere, especially when you first arrive. On the day I left, the staff helped me book a taxi to the airport which was a fixed rate and far better than anything I'd have found, so I really appreciated that. Also I absolutely have to comment on the massive bathroom my room had, with a separate bath and shower. It was amazing.

Staff is always friendly, rooms are clean, and convenient to everything I need on the east side of the city.

The city view rooms are nice but here are some issues: Stopped in one of our rooms didn’t work for tub, Front desk was a little curt in attitude, I asked for late checkout and they had no issue but then turned off the card (and didn’t tell us that when we asked for late check out), Restaurant at hotel was fine, When asked the front desk if they could keep my medication cold or allow us to out ice packs in their freezer they said no and said they had no options - this I feel would have been better - a couple of ideas on how to help with this would have been nicer than simply “we can’t help you”. On another note, The bellman was very nice.

A very clean property well located in mid-town Manhattan. Our room was large and clean, but the bathroom was the prize. The bathrooms are extremely large, not just for New York, but for anywhere. We did not use the breakfast or restaurant during our stay so no idea what they were like. There were four rooms on our floor, so a very quiet stay. Other people have commented on the elevators being a pain, and they can be slow for sure. Not a major issue for us however.

I have stayed at this property several times when making the trip to Manhattan. Everyone is extremely courteous and professional. Andre and Syed at the front door are always anticipating your needs and they are always on the mark! All of the girls at the front desk are more than accommodating. I always look forward to returning to The Concorde.
