Breakfast staff was super super nice and friendly. The room was amazing, although we got a king instead of a queen bed. It was a freezing weekend in NY and the hot water was nonexistent but I guess giving the the weather it’s a little understandable. Other staff members were very nice and attentive. I would stay again

Everything was how I expected, it was very comfy and safe . The breakfast had so many options and the hotel was always clean . Is perfect because is close to the subway station and time square . When we have to do the check out they offered us to leave the luggage for free before leave , it was very useful . Thank you very much all staff for sure we will come back , we got a very good experience.

Property was not maintained well. The first room offered was smelly & not cleaned well. The 2nd room was an improvement. However, the shower door did not close well & water would come onto the bathroom floor.

I welcomed the staff professionalism, the room coziness, the property condition & facilities cleanliness without forgetting the breakfast staff devotion and friendliness( Diosmaria, Maria, el Senor de Santo Domingo y Venezuela y los otros, vayan con Dios!)

Very clean rooms. Super comfortable bed. Room was a bit smaller than I thought from the photos. Overall a very nice comfortable experience.

What a content stay from January 18-20th.. It is under construction but still comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was 5 star, the staff that handles it are amazing. No issues, front desk staff were available at all times. Thank you for a great stay coming from Cali. Will be back.

A great place to stay when travelling on a budget. Clean and well maintained property with very friendly and helpful staff. Shoutout to Diomarys, she made our breakfast meals more enjoyable and memorable.
