Convenient location, but the elevator is always packed. I don't think it's worth getting a room with a city view; there's nothing particularly scenic to see.

Conveniently located near subway station and have lots of restaurant nearby. Breakfast is okay. Room is clean but a bit small for 2. It was suppose to be a good trip that turned into a disaster on the early morning on the day that we were suppose to check out. My aunt was packing her luggage when the very heavy closet door suddenly fell down hitting her forehead and hand. I've immediately went down to reception to report it and see how they can help, but was told that they will have someone look at it after we've checked out. My aunt have to go down to the reception to show them her wounds before they have someone to come up and check on it. It was really very unprofessional for a Marriott group hotel to handle such incident this way. Their furniture were old, but it should at least be safe enough before letting guest check in. Fortunately this time my aunt just have slight injuries, we can't tell what will happened if that heavy door fell on a child. We hope the hotel will have regular checks performed on all their rooms.

The entire hotel staff, especially the restaurant staff, were exceptionally good.

Too noisy, couldn't sleep for 3 days and couldn't adjust to the time difference.

This hotel is in the perfect location. It’s close enough to plenty of bars and restaurants without being too loud or busy. The room was small but as expected for a NY hotel. We were grateful for a good working a/c unit which we could adjust to warm or cool the room as we wanted. TV had Netflix (own login). Breakfast was good, only a few cooked options which could’ve been improved but fresh waffles was a nice highlight! Some breakfast times were super busy and there were queues but we personally avoided this by going early.

The location near Times Square was excellent, with easy access to the bus terminal and subway. The hotel was also very clean. Breakfast offered standard options like scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, oatmeal, and bread.

The hotel is in a really good location. Just near port authority bus and just one block from time square. The staff are really friendly from the first time you arrive to the very last day. The breakfast is good. Just enough for what we needed. The rooms are very clean with lots of space. Would definitely recommend to others and would return again .

The hotel is super convenient, close to everything, and very near the subway. The room was clean, and what's even better is that after breakfast, you can pack up and take food with you. It was a great experience!

Midtown New York is a mess, and the hotel was pretty average. The only upside was the included breakfast.

The hotel's location is excellent, the front desk service was incredibly warm and helpful, and the breakfast was great too. I didn't even mind waiting in line for the delicious homemade waffles! The gentleman who checked me in and the young man who checked me out were both very attentive and helped me cancel an extra room I had booked. When I left, they even thoughtfully asked about my Uber to the airport... I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to New York.

The room was nice; although the facilities aren't new, the twin beds were quite comfortable. The hotel includes breakfast, which makes it great value for money. The location is excellent, with a subway station just a short walk downstairs. It's only an 8-minute walk from Times Square. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, and it's very convenient for visiting attractions like the Metropolitan Museum. I would definitely stay here again.

A duvelt without cover is very un hygenic as a Fiber is cleaned  After each guest! During sleep there is direct contact with the skin;  So Not confortable at all!

The Spanish-speaking staff at breakfast were excellent!
