Wonderful rooftop bar with a view of the Empire State Building. Not really fancy. Just what we wanted. Great place to see the not so glitzy side of manhattan.

The hotel met all our needs for the 6 days we stayed there. We booked a room for 5 people and were situated on the side facing away from the main street so it was nice and quiet. The location is the best thing about this hotel and it is 3 minutes walk from the Empire State Building which is in the next block. Subway station was 2 mins walk which is so very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wi-fi was reliable and fast 100mps+ and rooms were clean and comfortable if slightly dated.

Only positive was good location. Otherwise, Hotel rooms need a serious revamp. In the first room we had the noise of the beds was shocking and there was also a sound like constant running water. We were moved to a room that had no heating and the carpet was lifting off the floor. Not at all happy with this hotel and they charge top prices. Poor standard

The hotel was perfectly located for a weekend visit, coming into NYC by Amtrak. Very close to everything you need in Manhattan.

Located in the middle of Korea town. Only 1-2 minutes walk away from the subway station. You can literally walk to all the famous sightseeing spots easily. And the hotel is very clean, and the people working in the receptionist are also very supportive and helpful. I gave 4 out of 5 because they don't have a heating/cooling machine. I mean, they have a portable radiator, which is just enough to warm up the room. But not a decent one. And you should pay a certain amount of money for a refrigerator and microwave. But otherwise, it is a good place to stay.
