It was really nice considering the area, it was a quick walk away from Time Square and easy for the uber to drop me off at! I had an incredible amount of gear with me and the area was sufficient for travel and movement. The only real note I have is that the shower current disconnected from the wall during my shower and hit me in the head :( Otherwise It's like actually perfect. But ow.

Great location if you're Broadway bound. Staff friendly and helpful. Awesome rooftop terrace! I will definitely stay again.

This is my go to spot when staying in NYC. It's not meant to be one of the lavish hotel types but more of a nice condo style place that's safe and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay again. Jessie at the front (when I checked in/out) was super kind and accommodating. Checked into a room that had a bit of a funky smell and someone blaring their TV next door so when back to see Jessie who immediately connected me with an alternate room which was better. Few small house keeping repairs but nothing that kept me from enjoying my stay. Close to Times Square and lots of options in the area.

Had a great stay, enjoyed the amount of space we had, the fridge and microwave were a plus. Staff were super friendly and responsive. Really wouldn’t change much. Wish there was a few drawers, I know random but that’s just personal preference for when you’re staying somewhere for a week at a time. Overall I would stay here again!

Good room size for NYC standards. Room was cleaned everyday, but when we checked in the room was not “that” clean. I had to wipe benches and the bathroom wall (I am not that fancy). Staff was super friendly, gym was good, small but with the necessary equipments (in my opinion). Would stay again in the future.

Everything in the hotel was good and the rooftop was also nice. But the only problem was that when I took a shower some of the water comes out of it and got the floor wet because half glass and half curtain but everything else was great.
