The staff is very welcoming and listens to customers in order to satisfy our requests. I will keep very good memories of the ANDRÉ or ANDREW staff who are very, very kind…. I also thank the hostess of Haitian origin who speaks French perfectly… A Hotel that I recommend because apart from the price which is very satisfactory… free services such as tea, hot chocolate and others are made available to customers free of charge.

Room is very clean. It is quiet as well. The people at the reception is super nice and thoughtful. They take care of customers. I was very happy about my stay and will definitely recommend to my friends.

Very aggressive stuff on reception

Hotel never lets me down. Very convenient location, much safer feel that opposite proximity to MSG/Times Square, etc. Good room sizes and reliable internet for telecommute. Specifically recognizing Andre, he is a class act, cares for his guess as if he was the owner, and deserves recognition as a standout representative.

Our one night stay was great. Came in early and was able to check in at one. Clean room and friendly stall.

Great place to stay.

I had a great check-in process. Very easy to get to the hotel. They had all the amenities ready to go and the room was lovely. It was quiet and centrally. Located to Midtown. The staff was always great to work with and very friendly all the time.

So central to everything. And the rooms are always so nice and comfortable.
