Sheraton Tribeca New York Hotel

The room was surprisingly small; we could barely open one suitcase on the floor. We stayed for four nights, and each day we left a tip on the bedside table, the same amount we'd leave at any other hotel in New York. However, this Sheraton was the only one that forgot to clean our room on the second day until evening, even though we were out all day and had no 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door (as pictured). The front desk only realized the room hadn't been cleaned after we informed them. On the third day, they only provided one bottle of water and didn't replenish the mineral water. Out of the three hotels we stayed at in New York this trip, this one had by far the worst housekeeping service. The picture shows the uncleaned room as we found it when we returned in the evening.

I had originally booked a king-size bed and a sofa bed, but upon arrival, I was told that room type wasn't available. They compensated with free breakfast, and overall, my stay was very good. The surrounding area was a bit chaotic, but everything else was fine~

The street outside the hotel was a bit chaotic with many hawkers. I saw the police arresting street vendors several times. The hotel itself was good overall, but there was no one to help with luggage when getting in or out of a car. I had tips ready, but didn't get to use them.

The room was clean, the service was friendly, and the transportation was convenient.

This was a very clean and nice hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, and the bathroom facilities worked perfectly. However, the front desk service was a bit underwhelming. The surrounding area was convenient for shopping, and the station was close by. On the downside, it felt a little unsafe at night. Plus, it was quite noisy, possibly due to ongoing construction. I could also clearly hear people walking past my room, so light sleepers should be aware of that.
