Nice hotel depends on the price of it , it has a great location on midtown But sorbet really give that luxury feelings of 5* hotels But overall great and big suits

The size of the room is good but the hotel room is a bit old. We asked for another set of shampoo and conditioner twice and the room service never came. Not expected from a 5-star hotel.

Amazing location and huge room even for the price. Very clean with multiple room tidying services per day. Only thing is that the mini fridge is too small and filled with drinks. I was charged for the minibar after I removed the drinks to put my own drinks in. They waived it thereafter.

They are all great, the location is great, the breakfast is very expensive, a cup of coffee costs 12 dollars, which is too much for my wallet if I am from London 🙈 Not counting Vat and tips. Everything else is pretty good. We were initially assigned to a very low floor and were moved to a lower floor the next day.

It's the perfect place to enjoy Manhattan. The room was large enough for a family of three to stay. All staff are friendly...

The service is very poor, the security guard won't even open the door for you, it's up to you to get the things yourself. . . The security guard will watch you push the door open and come in! ! ! ! Really speechless, no service, the pictures are fake! The room has no view! The deposit cannot be cashed, which is particularly troublesome! Don't stay there, the price/performance ratio is very poor. Any place you can find for more than 4,000 a night will be better than this one! ! Whoever decides will regret it!

The location of the hotel is very good and the room is large. However, the shower water in the bathroom is too small and not comfortable enough, and there are some problems with drainage.

The suite was very nice, but the hotel front desk was really speechless and couldn't figure out the order and charges; I was charged twice with my credit card twice in a row. Please check your bills carefully when you return.

The room is as big as the bathroom, and the bathroom is as wide as two slippers... There is no room to put the suitcase! Take it! Take it! Hygiene is extremely bad! What's going on next door makes you feel like you're there...
