Great location, only 5 mins walk to the New York Penn station. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly.

very small room. Staff was friendly though. but whats disappointing was that the hotel actually double charged (to company credit card and to my personal card). Even they refunded, there was an exchange rate loss. Not even an apology.

They did not have my correct name for check in and general confusion.
I felt I was treated differently because I used trip.com.
House keeping was not provided unless requested and then it was still not done
No chocolate chi cookie was give at check in (this is their patent welcome).
Check in was just as unorganized.
The front entrance into the building can be intimidating for those with young families because there are groups of homeless people who take over the courtyard.
Room size is good for Manhattan.

The location is OK, the price is OK, the room is small for sure, it is impossible to open two 28-inch boxes at once.

The people at the desk were beyond helpful. They offered cookies, umbrellas, and late check-out. They extended checkout when we were late leaving a taping of Live with Kelly and Mark. This is our NYC hotel from now on!
