45 Times Square Hotel

Unfortunately the room was not clean at all. All the counters were really dusty. Also whenever we opened the window there was really bad smell from the restaurants next door. It was almost impossible to ventilate the room because of that. Also we had booked a bigger room and received a really small one which did not look like the pictures at all. After complaining with the front desk stuff they first did not want to help us at all. After discussing it, the finally gave in and gave us a bigger room. However, one of the younger front desk stuff (girl) laughed at us when we went back (we saw it from the mirror on our way back). After that she never said good morning or hello to us over our whole stay. Really childish and unprofessional behaviour! Also our room card did not work 5-6 time, after a long day we had to always go downstairs to reception to reactivate the card. Really annoying!

We had a problem for almost two hours to check in, there was a problem between ******* and the hotel and my reservation did not appear in the system. In the end it was solved but we wasted too much time

The heat didn’t work in my room. I was uncomfortable having someone in the room fixing it so the offered a space heater and extra blankets. Hi

loved this hotel! in a perfect spot for a trip to new york, close to times square and easy to get around where it’s located

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were newly remodeled with nice walk in showers. And even though the hotel is so close to the heart of Times Square, it was very quiet at night. I will stay at this hotel on my next trip to the city.

This was our second stay here and each time we have loved it. Great location, close to everything. Highly recommend.

Property was fine for a short stay. Small rooms but that’s to be expected in the heart of downtown. Bed was comfortable but it was really loud outside. Just be aware if you are planning to stay here you are staying right in downtown so it’s bound to be loud. Couldn’t hear other guests but could hear their alarms going off through the wall. Overall I would stay here again since we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel, but I would maybe bring headphones to sleep with to block out some of the noise of the city since the big window doesn’t do anything to block the sound of delivery trucks and traffic (which is fine at 5PM but jarring at 3AM).

The bed was weird as there was a substantial bench that went around all sides, making it difficult to get in and out of the bed. There was also no door to the room with the shower, so laying in bed, you had full view of the shower, which was clear glass. So, if youre sharing a room with someohlne, make sure you dont mind watching them shower, or them watching you.
