The hotel hardware is okay, but the front desk service is very average. After several encounters, I felt a little rude.

Very clean and very quiet at night, there is a kettle in the room. There is a bar on the L floor of the hotel, so you don’t have to worry about safety when you go out for fun at night. In short, it is a rare and cost-effective hotel in midtown.

Satisfied in all aspects, relatively hygienic, the service attitude at the front desk is very good, and they take the initiative to help Lamen with luggage. Hotel location is also good.

We recently stayed at Aka, formerly known as Rogers, and were thoroughly impressed by the service, especially from Ian, our concierge. Ian was not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable, providing us with top-notch restaurant and shopping recommendations. He also went above and beyond by arranging our transportation to the airport efficiently. It’s reassuring to see that the excellent staff remains unchanged despite the hotel’s new identity. However, we did miss the charming touches of the complimentary glass of wine at 5 pm and the free coffee in the lobby, which were always appreciated in the past. Nonetheless, our experience was delightful, and we highly recommend a stay here for anyone visiting the area. Ian’s dedication truly makes a difference!

One of my favorite hotels in Manhattan. I spent 5 nights during a business trip and chose it because of its proximity to my office. Rooms are larger than the average NY room and equipped with coffee machine and water boiler. Unlike other hotels I’ve stayed, they offer complimentary water, coffee pods, and tea bags. Shower is excellent and all facilities are top notch. A particular shoutout to Johnny and Ian for their amazing service. I’d definitely return for my next trip to NY

Very friendly, accommodating staff specifically Ardita and Ian. Great location, rooms are small which is standard for NYC, but they’ve been updated and have what you need. I was in a room on the 15th floor with a fan that was making a noise, but they quickly upgraded me to a better room. I’d stay here again.

We enjoyed our time in the spacious and tastefully decorated suite at Hotel Aka Nomad. The bed provided excellent comfort, and the staff demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness throughout our stay. Ian, in particular, recommended some excellent restaurants and assisted us with taxi arrangements. Our driver, Superman, was also highly professional and ensured we reached our flight on time. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Hotel Aka Nomad for its central location and convenience for exploring New York City.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are modern and clean. Bed and pillows are comfy! I loved the front desk staff and the bartender. She remembered my drink from the previous night! Perfect location. Quick walk to the subway. Great restaurants and shopping. Will definitely return!

Amazing as always. High quality experience for the best cost. I have come here multiple times and always enjoyed my experience. Whenever i am debating where to stay especially last minute or on a budget I pick hotel Aka because they’re adorable, in a good spot and take very good care of you like a luxury hotel would
