1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge Reviews

The Brooklyn Bridge Room has a great view. The view from the rooftop is also great. You must go to the pool to take photos. The a**osphere of the entire hotel is great. There is a water dispenser in the room which is pretty cool.

The location was great as it was right next to the Brooklyn Bridge, but the view from the room was just so-so. I couldn't use the rooftop pool because it was winter, but it would be better if it was open in winter as well.

If you're planning on moving to Brooklyn, the location is great. The market is nearby, the famous Dumbo is right next to it, and the view is great. However, the area under the bed was not clean and there was too much dust. The facilities were nice with the latest + natural concept. There was construction going on next to the hotel, but it wasn't noisy and it's a hotel I want to visit again.

The room is also very environmentally friendly

The guy at the front desk and the guy at the parking lot are very good. The location is convenient. It takes eight minutes to walk to the place where Jay Chou took pictures. And the view from the roof is awesome. The restaurant view on the 10th floor is also perfect. summer is coming

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in in New York, the Indian service staff at the front desk has a very bad attitude. The facilities in the room were damaged, the windows could not be locked, and the air leaked. The two people could not sleep at night because of the noise, and they directly caught a cold. The sanitary conditions are extremely poor. The cotton swab box has been dismantled. I asked the front desk to ask for a shaving cover that someone else had used. My boyfriend vomited. If you are noisy, you can't sleep well, the windows can't be repaired, and you get up late. After the checkout manager comes out directly to rush people to collect money. A hotel in New York that I will never stay in again. Rubbish!

Except for the view with the top pool, the rest is a mess

Such a cool vibe. Staff is attentive, quickly responded to all requests. Bar on rooftop was fantastic and delicious food. I will be back again.

Bathroom was dirty when I arrived. Stingy with sugar at coffee station in room. Washcloths not replaced. Minibar not restocked. And rude manager in cafe. Visit when first opened was a treat. Things have gone downhill considerably.

Really poor management. I accidentally booked a 2nd night in the Miami 1, instead of working with me they still charged me for a night I didn’t stay at the Brooklyn location WHILE rooms were sold out - so im displaced without anywhere to do my hair and makeup before a huge appearance today. Don’t stay here!!! The management is nothing like other 1 hotels and they don’t follow 5 star hotel guidelines. At the very least I would not expect to get charged for a night while being displaced with no availability.

My experience was nearly excellent although my friends and I stayed for one night only. The concierge was super nice to us and Bryan (I hope I spelled his name right) was outstanding in customer service. His energy was amazing with me and my two friends. The only issue we had was with the manager at the restaurant. My friends and I wanted pictures with a view, so we asked hotel staff if we could go even at the late hour that we had arrived. We asked several times and were told it was okay. We arrived upstairs and the young lady outside before entering the bar/restaurant let us in. However, once inside, I’m not sure if it was the bar manager but he was extremely rude to my friends and I. I asked if we could just take a few photos. To which first he rudely said “we just did last call and we close in 25 minutes.” I told him I understood, we’d only take 10 mins and we didn’t drink anyway that’s all. It’s like I had talked to a wall and he didn’t say anything. I went back outside to ask the young lady if there’d be an issue if we just wanted to take pictures she told me there was no issue. I went back inside and once again told the manager we just wanted to take pictures, he reluctantly said fine. My friends were uncomfortable at this point but we proceeded to take a couple of pictures. We were close to done when the bar manager came over and basically kicked us out pretty loudly. It was embarrassing. I’m not sure if he knew we were hotel guests but either way it was correct.

Such an amazing place. Staff is super friendly, the rooms have breathtaking views. The room is so beautiful there is no point in leaving the place. Everything is within and its amazinnggg!!!

Everyone was great and we had a wonderful stay. The only drawback is that there is a firm line on the check-in times. If you show up early, you will wait until 4pm (sometimes longer)
