1. The lift is horrible, was more than 10min wait at around 10am breakfast rush hour. I had to get down half an hour earlier to avoid that rush hour when I was leaving on the last day. 2. The air conditioning is very very noisy. Room facilities are very old. 3. The complimentary happy hour drink is very hard to get, there is always a long queue. 4. Breakfast is always crowded and not very good quality.

Well, I've been in many hotels in Manhattan. And this hotel seemed to me the best in everything. in fact this will be the hotel for my next stays in manhattan and of course I recommend it to everyone

I booked super king room, but they gave ne super tiny room, they said there is no more room, but I booked 3 days ago, should leave the room for me? Service so so and dirty! The room is so tight! The lobby is so tight and dirty! The service is really bad!!!

Very good location, walkable distance to Times Square, Macy's and metro station.

Nice hotel for travel and economic budget but the breakfast choice is pretty same the whole week I stayed overall since the hotel is accessible to metro and train station and nearby sites just for the location it’s worth staying and the hotel needs improvement in terms of facilities and breakfast.

This is my go to hotel. Right in the heart of time square and very up to date. Recommend to everyone

I stayed in this hotel in New York on a business trip. The overall facilities of the hotel are okay, the rooms are compact, and the transportation is very convenient. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the core road of the hotel city.
