The biggest advantage is that it is spacious. In this location in the city center, the room can still open six 28-inch boxes on the ground. However, the facilities are relatively average. There is no central control panel for the lights and they must be turned on and off one by one. Even if you spend more money to buy a more expensive room type, there is no view outside the window. There are only two hot dishes for breakfast, and the others are mainly various breads and pastries. The hot water in the faucet is very turbid and the hot water pressure in the bathroom is relatively low. So the overall experience is average, four-star level. I went there for my honeymoon and the location was amazing!!
Bryant Park was less than a 5-minute walk away and there was a supermarket just a 3-minute walk away, so it was really great.
The staff always opened the door with a smile and the front desk staff smiled and greeted me, which was really nice.
I was very satisfied and had a happy time because the room allowed me to open three large suitcases, which is rare in New York.

property was in an excellent location close to the newark airport bus stop , clode to time square surrounded by subway stations. Room was quiet and clean so very happy with the hotel

My second time to stay here. This is a great location and walkable to Times Square, theatres, Rockefeller Center. Always quiet with friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I would have rated Luma 5 stars, but unfortunately there was an issue with the heat not working in our room on our second/last night of stay. Staff offered extra blankets, we didn’t want to argue with the hotel since we were leaving in the morning.
