Bellevue House

Staff and rooms wer great. I highly recommend.

Breakfast was good, bedding was clean and fresh. Parking was fine. Check in was confusing - it was not easy to know where to go since it was not in the hotel I booked - they should let people know that before they get there. They also switched my hotel from Bellvue House to Inn on Bellvue saying my original room was taken (what???) Breakfast was not in the hotel either - had to walk down a few properties. Front desk was rarely staffed - most times I went there nobody was manning the desk or even nearby. Even for check out I had to call a phone number for assistance and they said to just leave the key. Overall, everything was fine, but I think I expected better.

The staff seemed flustered or unavailable when we checked in. The room was very small and the shower was even smaller. Breakfast was Adequate, but there’s a lot of better places to eat in Newport. Very good location if you wanna walk to the breakers or the Tennis Hall of Fame and down the hill into Newport

Nice and clean bed&breakfast style hotel. The room was small but cozy. Shower was great (high pressure) and everything was very clean.

Plenty of parking, super friendly staff, very clean accommodations, and the breakfast was fabulous. Great location for walking everywhere.

We loved the location and the Inn was so clean and comfortable. Would love to stay there again.

If you're looking for new, bright, shiny, and cookie-cutter, this isn't the place for you. But if you prefer quaint, historic, unique, and romantic, you'll ebjoy your stay as we did. Our room was clean and comfortable, the included brrakfast was plentiful and filling, there was on-site parking, and the location was judt minutes from everything. We would definitely return.

I really enjoyed my stay! The location is really ideal and free parking is such a bonus as it is almost impossible to find in Newport! My room was beautiful and the bathroom was great! Comfy bed and excellent water pressure! Would love to see them add a coffeemaker to each room, that would have really been great! The staff was welcoming and very accomidating, will definitely stay there again! Also, you must try the attached cafe, Picnic! Amazing food, pastries and delicious coffee too!
