The hotel's picture shows a highrise, but the hotel itself only takes fl 1-6. If you do not get the 6th floor, you will either get the view of the town or the back side of the quality inn bldg. You can use the elevator to the 18th fl and walk 1 fl up to have a birdeye view of the falls. Breakfast has to be preordered.

The property was beautiful but could have used some updates. parking wasnt ideal and the bartender was in when we were there so the lounge was closed.

The atmosphere is great and the service team is amazing! Beds are comfy and everything is clean.
Drawbacks: we stayed during a winter storm and had to jack up the heat to keep it warm. And our shower was very low flow. But to me, that's to be expected in an older hotel. The charm is worth it.

Great location and the hotel has a lot of unique touches.
Classic art deco design carries through from outside, to common areas, into a well decorated room. The fireplace was an electric insert. I had expected real flames in a room that advertises the fireplace but no biggie. The jetted tub was nice. There is a top floor lounge with nice views of the city that is free for guests to use. A quaint bar on the ground floor. Room and bathroom were big. King bed was excellent.

There was a huge argument right outside the hotel the night we arrived. The very next morning there was a fight in the front lobby at 9am that no one was stopping. You definitely need 24/hr security. After that if I had kids with me I would of left.

Loved all the character of the building. Would have like some vending options for drinks after hours. The only rude staff was on the weekend between 2 and 6pm. The test of ataff was awesome! Thank you to Gabby for information when we checked in!

Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Water pressure was not great though. Pretty clean overall and staff was accommodating.
