Perfect view and good location for enjoying the Niagara falls. The only problem was toilet and it ruined my family's stay. The toilet was plugged at the beginning of the use and fixed while we out but happened again around 10pm when returned the room. Over night couldn't use toilet until next 6am until fixed, (the person who fixed early in the morning ws so gentle and so nice) but then plugged again around 8am but didn't fixed until checked out. So during 1 night stay my families used lobby washroom. The receptionist over the phone asked about did I flushed too much toilet paper that made me so embarrassed because it sounded 3 times of plugged toilet were my family's fault. We've been stayed many hotels all over the world but these things never happened before. Worst stay ever.

We were in room 903, it had an amazing view of the Horseshoe Falls! The beds were wonderful. It was walking distance to lots of restaurant choices. Parking is pricey so we paid $20 a night at a hotel a block away.
The exterior of our massive windows was very dirty which was disappointing considering how much we wanted to take in the view. When we asked for an extra blanket the front desk told us that they do not have any extra blankets! Ridiculous. The room service prices were quite steep so we skipped that.

Dave is so friendly and kind to help us with the upgrade of our hotel room to jacuzzi with fallsview! The location is very good too!

Great place to stay at. Magnificent views of Canadian Falls. Stuff if very friendly. Valet parking is great.

Well, Happy Canada Day! A pleasant stay indeed, however, still have something particular must be improved, body shampoo is empty, no toothbrush, no slippers, more expensive parking fees.
Fortunately, I received some vouchers as I checked in, receptionists are kind to serve!

The ladies were all superb, great staff especially the front desk. the room was supposed to be a falls view room we were placed on the 6th floor, one floor up from the mezzanine, all we saw was trees. also found 3 spiders in the room I was scared ****less as I do not like the creepie crawlies. Over all a great location for the hotel but my view was **** not what they advertised. The wine tasting packages are all in "niagra-on-the-lake, wego bus takes almost an hour to get there along with transfers to the orange line. Ladies at the on site restaurant are super helpful and warm. Burning spring passes were included but the spa oasis isn't anything to write home about.
