總體來説環境還可以，管理服務也是可以，但是這次沒有體驗到特色項目精美伴手禮，希望下次來能夠有機會體驗，但是房間沒有含早餐，吃了早餐忘記退房付早餐費用了，真的感覺過意不去……總體還好，隔壁的寧波食府價格有點偏高，不太適合中午吃個魚100元以下的，所以想吃飯不是太友好。其他還行。

優點：
1.床品很好
2.衞生不錯
3.酒店背景音樂李志輝作品，氛圍感極強。
不足：
1.隔音極差，每早聽幾十次房門自動關閉聲。隔壁對話清晰可辨。這個是硬傷未來也無法改變。
2.衞生間過小，淋浴下水不暢，超過10分種會水漫金山。
3.從外邊打電話到前台轉接房間內線，前台告知不會操作。口頭答應給房間帶個口信。實際未兑現承諾。
4.中央空調設計**，制熱和關閉都無法順暢操控（阿姨也不會）
5.早餐90%都是冷凍預製菜加熱的半成品。
6.既然沒有滿房，為什麼不把客人隔開規避噪音？
7.阿姨一早做衞生，順序上會什麼不能從遠離客人休息房間開始？
以上多是硬件硬傷和酒店管理問題，很難看好酒店未來發展。

酒店還行，位置有點偏，最大的體驗感是前台的服務太讓我氣憤了，我在攜程訂的酒店，到了以後看到前台標牌上的價格明顯比我訂的低，我和前台説可不可以退了再訂，服務員都不看你直接回復説不行，我説我就是重新訂房間，又不是不在你家住了，服務就是好像沒我這個人一樣，乾脆不搭理你，我給攜程打電話，攜程説和店家商量，給我回電話還是不能退，我們六個人就在前廳等着，大正月的出來玩了，惹一肚子氣，後來我又給攜程打電話，攜程的一位女士（可能是領導）和我説如果確實是店家的價格比較低，那麼低多少攜程轉給我，讓我不要生氣，她説先住下，別和店家生氣，因為今天晚上還要住這裏，過後攜程會給店家要一個説法，後來住下了攜程一小時後把差價轉給我了，差了三百多元，關鍵是那個前台的小服務員太氣人了，你們是服務行業，服務態度很重要，以後大家來這個酒店注意點？

這家酒店有點現代+古風的設計風格，房間打掃的很乾凈，設施整潔，茶葉包等的配置齊全，性價比極高。房間設施，整潔程度跟前一晚住的2-3倍價格四星一樣，小魚同學也很給力，春節期間給推薦了不錯得吃飯地方，整體非常滿意。

酒店中式唐風，很精美，但是早餐結束的太早了，九點半已經全部空盤了，可能春節期間服務跟不上，晚上入住的前台沒有給到券，也沒有告知早餐時間。贈送了兩個杯子，沒什麼用處，希望酒店可以在其他方面進行提升。

房間非常乾淨整潔 設施齊全 雖然春節 早餐也很豐富。服務人員特別好，入住期間積極解決各種問題：我外面吃海鮮肚子不舒服，服務員還專門幫忙打包大米粥送上來，特別暖心。裏面有一位女性戴眼鏡的年輕主管，特別積極主動，各種問題處理的很棒，讓我們感受到勝似五星的入住體驗，點贊👍
