The hotel is very good and cost-effective. We made an appoin**ent to pick up the airport, and the two families chartered a car [grin], the driver was very enthusiastic and helped with the luggage. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk saw that we had children with us and took the initiative to provide us with children's slippers and toothpaste. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage, someone was sent to help us carry the luggage and lead us to the room. The room was large, clean and tidy, the decoration was very new, and the bathroom was also very large. This hotel will be my first choice near Ningbo Airport in the future.

The three of us booked a twin room. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was also great. We arrived at the hotel too late and forgot to take photos. It was very clean and dry. The front desk service was also great. Tea and biscuits were provided. I really recommend it. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the airport by taxi.

Service: very poor. Leave the room and ask the hotel staff where the exit is. I was beaten harshly by the hotel staff and almost got into a fight. Ask for an invoice when checking out. I was told that I need to open it on Ctrip. Later I found that it could not be opened on Ctrip. Need to contact the hotel. The feedback given by the hotel is that WeChat must be added, otherwise it cannot be opened.

Booked the 2 rooms on the left. There were spider webs in the room. The central air-conditioning was turned off at night and there was no air in the room. However, the temperature was not too cold that night. Fortunately, after complaining, they were willing to turn the air-conditioning back on and the staff's attitude was not bad.
