No service in this hotel especially during breakfast. Only when they ask your room number at the entrance some would talk to you, for the rest of your breakfast “experience “ you are all by yourself. Breakfast options not friendly for international travelers, very low food (and coffee) quality.

Globally satisfied with my stay at this hotel, I'll stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay… staff very friendly and helpful. Location great as many restaurants very close. Large mall across street had lots of activities for young children. View from hotel was great light show on buildings at night. Was excited as children’s library was right across from hotel but when went to visit was not open yet but looks like will be soon.

Even in the peak season, the check-in procedures were completed quickly, and the hotel facilities were also informed of the usage time. The details were thoughtful. The deluxe room I booked had an excellent view. The floor-to-ceiling windows showed the beautiful scenery of the city skyline and the river view, which was especially charming when the lights were on at night. The room furnishings are both modern and oriental. The integration of wooden elements adds a sense of warmth. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is very good, ensuring a good night's sleep. The mini bar has a rich selection of drinks, and the free local snacks are even more surprising, making people feel the sincerity of the guests. The dining aspect is even more of a highlight. The Cantonese cuisine of Mingge Chinese Restaurant is amazing, and the signature roast goose has crispy skin and tender meat, which is just right with sour plum sauce; the buffet breakfast at Langham Cafe is diverse, from freshly made Ningbo glutinous rice balls to Western-style baking. The ingredients are fresh, and the chef will take the initiative to ask about taste preferences, and the service is meticulous. The hotel is also very conveniently located, within walking distance of the business district and subway station, making travel easy. The fitness center is fully equipped, and you can enjoy the night view through the floor-to-ceiling windows when exercising in the evening, which will make you feel tired. When checking out, the front desk took the initiative to ask about the stay experience and gave a customized souvenir, which was very impressive. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, Langham Place Ningbo can bring a high-quality experience with a high cost-effectiveness. I will definitely choose here again next time I come to Ningbo.

The hotel is in a prime location, right next to the Cultural Plaza, with convenient transportation and convenient food, drink and entertainment around. You can walk to the riverside and the night view is beautiful. The room is decorated in a modern and simple style, with large windows for good lighting, and you can see the city lights at night. The bedding is very comfortable and the sleep quality is great! The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with complete supporting facilities and details. Even the toiletries are LANGHAM's own brand, with high-end fragrance~ The service is also very considerate, the front desk reception is professional and polite, and the check-in efficiency is high. The guest rooms are cleaned very cleanly, and mineral water and tea bags are replenished every day, as well as welcome fruit surprises. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, and tastes good. I especially like their freshly cooked noodles and egg pancakes! If you are traveling to Ningbo for tourism or business, Langham Place is definitely a recommended choice. It is cost-effective and I would like to come again!
