The hotel's location is excellent, and the room was spacious and very clean. We had a great view of Ningbo Tower and Cultural Plaza from our window. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was fantastic. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

As a long‑established property, Langham offers acceptable facilities. Its location in central Eastern New Town is excellent, with restaurants, entertainment venues and great transport links nearby. One downside: front‑desk employees generally have poor English and speak too quietly. Key information including minibar fees and other service charges was not explained clearly, which brought us some unnecessary unpleasantness.

The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The night view was beautiful, directly overlooking Ningbo Tower and the Municipal Government building. Breakfast was plentiful, and the service was attentive.

Having stayed at Cordis in HK and Shanghai, I chose Cordis again for my trip to Ningbo. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the rooms are clean and tidy! The staff are professional and efficient. Grace, in particular, provided warm and thoughtful service, patiently answering all my questions. It was a pleasant trip! Thank you!

Good location, top level facilities and value for money.  Hope to consider arranging smoke-free floors instead of individual rooms as one of our neighbours were chain-smoking with the door open, which affected the whole floor.

Stayed during the Dragon Boat Festival and got upgraded to a high-floor room with a great view. We could see the night lights of Ningbo Center, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The nearby Cultural Square had many activities in the evening. It was a fantastic experience overall.

Amazing location for visiting Ningbo - central to many restaurants and was convenient for our plans. Room was large and we had a very comfortable stay with a good breakfast. Staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful- we really appreciated them. My only recommendation would be for a little more training for housekeeping staff- they knocked on our door when ‘DND’ was clearly on. When cleaning they did not make up the bed properly, left one of their hair pins on the floor and also forgot a dirty towel in the corridor of our floor. It was otherwise a very enjoyable stay and we would happily book this hotel again for our next visit.

Excellent location, convenient for getting around and shopping. Marina at the front desk provided thoughtful and meticulous service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a pleasant stay.

The front desk service was exceptionally warm, and the check-in process was quick and thoughtful. The hotel lobby was also very clean and inviting. Nancy was gentle and patient, making the entire experience super comfortable. Highly recommend!
