It is a fantastic hotel. The staff was wonderful, the pool and gym are first rate. The room was, as well. I am extremely satisfied and hated to leave.

It was a great place to stay 2 nights with family and kids specially. They lived the food and swimming pool even in this winter season. Love to come back again someday.

Hotel is like well used LV bag; it has some marks and scratches but still you can understand it’s a good quality)))) hotel needs renovation. Dinner 178rmb doesn’t worth to buy if you prefer European cuisine. Oysters basket always empty, queue for sashimi salmon, the rest cuisine is local.

I would like to deeply thank Kol,Justin and Alisa for their outstanding Hospitality during our stay. My family visited this hotel during the 2022 dragon boat festival weekend. We traveled with our 7 months old baby and as you can imagine, we needed some type of help in many ways and among them three, they made sure to get us all the help we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a family gateway weekend.

I didn't do any research when I came to Ningbo, so I booked InterContinental Hotel. The hotel has a nice view and a wide variety of breakfasts. Thanks to Cathy for upgrading our room, the kids were very happy.

I came to Ningbo for the May Day holiday and chose this place after searching for a long time. The executive floor was newly renovated so I was very satisfied with the room. When I checked in, the previous guest checked out late. The front desk staff, Lu and Wan, were very patient and arranged it. I waited in the lounge for a while before I checked in. The two small requests I made during my stay were responded to in a timely manner. There were many people at breakfast, which felt quite chaotic, and the variety was also a little worse than the last time I was in Suzhou.
