Zety Hotel (Ningbo Tianyi Square Old Bund)

The service was excellent, making us feel right at home. They offered tea during check-in and popcorn for the kids. When we returned late, they even brought us a sweet soup for the evening. The laundry service was also a great touch, allowing us to relax and enjoy our trip without worries. The room was spacious, and it even had a large window-side tatami platform – big enough that you could sleep an extra person on it if you added a blanket. It's not far from the main attractions, and you can easily walk to them. Overall, I'd still recommend it.

The location is excellent, very close to Tianyi Square. The room size was perfect, and the bedding and pillows were super comfortable. The front desk staff was incredibly polite and proactively helped me with my luggage. The hotel offers complimentary fruit every day, and they even gave me a souvenir when I checked out. The breakfast was small but exquisite, with a wide variety of dishes, which I really appreciated. The hotel also has a gym.

Chose this hotel for my May Day holiday trip, and everything from the environment to the service was excellent. The room was very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and they even offered sweet soup every evening and welcome fruits daily. The hotel's location is also very convenient, being a short five-minute walk from Tianyi Square. Overall, a fantastic experience.

We stayed for two nights in the Garden View Balcony King Room during the May Day holiday, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and go shopping. The room was spacious and bright, with a superb view from the balcony – it was so relaxing to feel the breeze while enjoying the scenery. The electric curtains, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, semi-smart toilet, and TV screen casting all show great attention to detail. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made our stay very comfortable. The service was even more thoughtful; the front desk staff were warm and attentive, and they even brought us a comforting sweet soup every night before bed, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it's incredibly good value for money and a top choice for accommodation in Ningbo. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Last year, I stayed at the Zhen Ting Hotel in Ningbo and absolutely loved the service. This year, I chose the same hotel, and it's still consistently excellent, definitely a five-star rating again! The staff provides great service, and there's even free popcorn at the front desk. The room was clean, and this time I got a sun-facing room with a small sofa by the bed and a desk. The view from the window was also quite nice. In the evening, you can walk to the Old Bund to see the night view. The Catholic Church, Tianyi Square, Chenghuang Temple, Tianfeng Tower, and Tianyi Pavilion are all nearby, and a taxi ride is very convenient. Ningbo is a wonderful city, and I'll definitely visit again if I have the chance.

This is a really nice hotel, with a great location and excellent facilities. The young lady at the front desk had a particularly good service attitude, definitely five-star worthy. It's also very close to Tianyi Square. The weather was beautiful the day we visited, which made our outing very enjoyable. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance!
