服務態度非常好，帶娃出來旅遊的，酒店有早餐，很方便。身邊就有小吃街，哪裡有家湘菜館味道特別好！房間衞生挺乾淨的，設備也齊全。唯一的缺點可能就是房間的空調不製冷，我跟朋友的房間都是這樣，天氣悶熱，窗户無法打開很大，空調又無法使用，被子太厚了，所以孩子睡不着影響休息。但是總的來説還是不錯的，可以免費停車的。

前台服務態度非常好特別是007，客房衞生乾淨整潔，客房服務員態度也非常不錯，是一個值得入住的酒店，非常好的體驗。

離機場近，打車很方便，房間挺舒適的，房間乾淨，前台115 小姐姐服務很好

首先進入房間非常臭，
吃飯回來第一時間和前台説二十多分鐘過去等着還沒有解決
電話他們家收購的錦某，囉囉嗦嗦搞不定，還不如不要被收購
來了一個客房人員，噴了些空氣清新劑説都是這樣處理的，説明這個酒店地漏臭味非常久，但是都是不去解決。
最後還是想起來攜程，給攜程電話後非常好，給換一個房間，否則不知道孩子兩個怎麼住，不是因為這裏圍棋考級，肯定換酒店了。
建議謹慎入住酒店，服務和原來的維也納品牌完全不一樣，以後出差堅決不定維也納了

Часто останавливаюсь в отелях этой сети в разных городах. В общем то всё норм, но почему у них нигде нет мыла на раковинах. Призодится заходить в душевую, чтобы набрать себе гель , чтобы помыть руки.

住的很好，酒店的地理位置很不錯，就在聯豐路跟聚才路的交叉口，附近有幾個小區，吃的挺多的味道也非常棒，酒店樓下有一個大型超市，很方便。115服務也好。
