Facilities: Not bad, but the location is a bit far, it's not easy to get a taxi to the airport in the morning
The air conditioner blows directly on the bed, the sound is a bit loud
Sanitation: Clean
Environment: From the design, you can see that it has a sense of age
There are many people for breakfast, it is recommended to eat at off-peak hours
Service: The service attitude is satisfactory
Except for the last night at 4 am, the TV turned on by itself and couldn't be turned off no matter how hard you tried. It was a bit scary. Attached is a picture taken on the balcony

I booked a room on Ctrip in early March, checked in on March 27th and checked out on March 28th. I paid more than 1,200 RMB and put a credit card as a deposit when I checked in. Today I found that the hotel had charged another night's room fee on my card. I called to inquire, and they said Ctrip didn't pay! I paid Ctrip 20 days in advance, why didn't it go to the hotel account? I must be careful next time. I want to contact Ctrip customer service to find out what happened.

Near Washington, this hotel feels quite cost-effective, but you need to drive a car to enter Washington. The area around the hotel is relatively quiet and safe. It seems that the surrounding area is a new built area.

This was a nice property with great service! Breakfast was delightful and there was such a variety of items for all to enjoy. The staff were all helpful, prompt, and accommodating.
The problematic issue for us were the bed linens and the mattress. We had two nights of very uncomfortable sleep due to the roughly laundered sheets, pillowcases and the terrible mattress.The mattress was not supportive at all.
We will consider staying at another hotel brand location next time unless the bed is greatly improved.

An excellent place to spend a week visiting my mother in a local dementia unit (read: stressful.) Having a pleasant space to unwind and extra room for work and snacks made things a bit easier. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Centrally located right off the highway. Free breakfast spread plus custom-made omelets (or scrambled, if you are in a real hurry) and the end-of-day Happy Hour were much appreciated. Connected parking garage is good, but watch for parking charges seperate or included when comparing prices.

I enjoyed staying for a week. The breakfast was wonderful. You get 2 drinks free everyday. The rooms are outdated but spacious. The staff is excellent.
What I didn't like was
1)The mattress was stiff and uncomfortable. They definitely need to be replaced.
2) I requested a room with a balcony. I got one but there was no table or chairs which made the point of having a balcony useless unless i just want to stand there like a weirdo drinking my morning coffee.
3)The door to the toilet area from the master bedroom is a hanging door so it clanks against the frame when the ac/ heat comes on. If you are a light sleeper like me this will drive you crazy It was a great hotel but I did not get good sleep at all between the stiff mattress and the clanking.
