Reasonable price, helpful front desk, room is good only issue is that it got quite hot with heater and the door key had issues because the swipe pad thing on door was outdated, but there were very helpful and other rooms were fine from what i could see. I would return here again.

I was in Cleveland for 3 nights and La Quinta was the 5th room for me in that time! This property was the cleanest, attractive decor in the rooms, facilities were fresh and clean, bed was comfortable and the had Hot Water!!! Unlike the other two properties where I stayed!
I was highly impressed and Grateful!!!
I shall return!

Updated paint and furniture in this non-smoking hotel but halls and room still smelled of smoke with paint and cleaners overlaid. My lungs were burning - careful if you have asthma or similar.

The room was clean & not bad. Very noisy you can hear everything outside of your room, people yelling all the time. Lady in the front desk was more focused talking on the phone with her friends than working. Building itself was outdated and dirty

The property was run down and needed updating. There was hair in the sink and in the corner of the bathroom. We found there were no handsoaps in the room, and there were only about three tissues left in the box. We didn't ask for any soap or tissue since we were only there for one night and had our own hygiene products.
Two positives:
The staff was very friendly.
The room was very inexpensive due to my ******* rewards.
