Some of the staff were being very strict in their rules even though we had already checked in earlier that day. Nonetheless, the rooms were nice and cozy

No room cleaning service, although we stay 3 nights. Hang the cleaning services but no one respond.

The room was dingy with mold, missing a curtain, not clean and just bad. I didn’t care because I wasn’t going to be there overnight but the place is lacking in the hospitality department.

Location is great , but service can be improved. I put do not disturb and when came back to my room realised that it was serviced even though the was a tag on the door.

The hotel it’s self was really nice however the location was not great, without getting an uber or having a car it’s really far from the city centre

Nice clean room and friendly reception staff,could have more in the way of coffee and not just tea. But still a good stay.

Lovely service, been here twice now. The front desk man remembered me from the time before, good price for the night and easy to get places for a night out

The locations was good only 20 min from town center, but all around student accommodations which when it comes to night time was very hard to sleep because of the laud noises. Also what put us of are were the random hair on the bed and the spider crawling everywhere. Other than that good price for a short stay, staff were very helpful and polite.

Upon my arrival, I walked passed the reception entrance point as there was no entrance signage. After confirming my booking, I sat to wait in a corner where a Christmas tree stood. Refreshment was not available, which I found surprising. My room was occupied. A different room was immediately made available. *As you can see, the room was more than acceptable - apart from some debris on the carpet, it was clean. The room had a lovely, tall ceiling. The room contained a kitchenette with plenty of tea/coffee/milk. The bed was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, with crisp, freshly laundered bedding and pillows. *The bathroom area was pristine. Perfect! *Breakfast was full English for an extra fee. It was delicious and plenty of it, served by chef who was more than helpful All in all, it was a wonderful stay that I fully recommend.

The room wasn't very clean.. But worth the prices ……

It was so noisy. Stayed 2 nights did not get any sleep. There was a horrible smell felt like there was a leek in the gutter. Hair dryer was broke.

They waited for us until very late to check in and the staff were very nice. We found a pile of rubbish bish next to the bed and our room wasn't cleaned once. The location is great and it is nice enough for the price we paid.

This place was like something out of a horror movie we were here for 20 mins and had too look for another place to stay there was wet bleach all over the bathroom floor ***** on the toilet and walls multiple toe nails on the carpet the whole place felt like the walls were made of paper! There was a hole under the carpet as you walked in that made me nearly twist my ankle, the whole place was filthy and not at all what was sold to us the pictures aren't what you are paying for at all very much false advertising! Bed didnt even fit the frame. To summarise, if you want to stay at the worst hotel in Nottingham that has *********** outside and in aswell as feeling like youre in the wonky house at the fun fair then this is the place for you!!! The man at reception was extremely rude and patronising and when when we voiced our horror he just said "well I can give you another room but no refund" and smirked cause he obviously knows this place is essentially a scam and just smirked at us when we asked about money back unfortunately I don't think we will get any money back but I will be trying my hardest to do so as what is advertised isn't what they are selling. It isn't a hotel, its more like a dirty scummy run down horror house with peoples ***** and toe nails included free of charge with *********** everywhere. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE anywhere would be better i have no doubt even the taxi driver we had when we left said its know as one of the worst places in nottingham and he wouldn't stay there for free! I have never been so shocked and horrified by somewhere in my 30 years of life the place should be shut down, any positive reviews on this place must be used to sleeping in a rubbish dump avoid this place as all costs! But if you want a crack den go for it. Only got a few pics cause I was so dumbstruck by it all. Will be posting this everywhere I can to help other avoid this place at all costs.
