Estadia agradável. Local com uma ótima infraestrutura, cama limpa e confortável. O ponto alto da hospedagem para mim foi a localização, onde conseguimos ir a pé para o centro de São Pedro da Serra, e ainda assim desfrutar de um sossego e calmaria sem igual. Café da manhã muito bom e com boas variedades. Alguns pontos importantes: chegamos no Resort no domingo, depois de um dia cansativo, alguns quartos ( em especial de frente para escada) são totalmente barulhentos, uma vez que a escada é de madeira e existe um fluxo de pessoas passando toda hora. Ou seja, não conseguimos descansar por conta do barulho intenso. Chegamos e nosso quarto não tinha toalhas, tivemos que ficar esperando para podermos tomar um banho. Durante a noite, até umas 22:30 tinham pessoas, que eu acredito ser donos do próprio estabelecimento, no restaurante fazendo bastante barulho com conversas e risadas altas demais, ao ponte de incomodar quem estava no local para descansar. Outro ponto é a manutenção dos quartos, que possuem uma estrutura legal, porém falta manutenção COM CERTEZA. A piscina é linda, mas a hidro aquecida estava com a água totalmente suja. Então, acho que falta só ajuste de manutenção. Recomendo e voltaria mais vezes.

We are from New Jersey and came to spend Thanksgiving week here with my husband. My family lives in Nova Friburgo and we decided to stay near by. The hotel is wayyy better than I had anticipated. It feels like a boutique hotel without the boutique prices. Private parking. Rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. We stayed in room 303 with just a double bed and 304 with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom shower has good water pressure. Nice views from rooms. Bedrooms were cleaned every day and they smell so good and fresh. My kids wanted to sleep at grandma's most days but my 5 years old slept with us a couple of nights, and kids his age have no extra charge. My 13 year old could come join us for a very small charge ($12 a night). They have 2 pools, one with a water slide and the other facing the breakfast room has a beautiful waterfall (man made), playground for the kids, beautiful grounds all throughout the hotel. Breakfast table (my favorite part) is very abundant with fresh squeezed juices, fruits, good coffee, breads, pastries, cakes, eggs, cheeses and lunch meat, all included with our stay. Shout out to Ruth and the Kitchen staff making everything fresh every morning and always been attentive to all our needs. Also Anderson and Victor from the front desk, polite and helpful. Walking distance from downtown, lots of stores and restaurants near by. I will definitely come back and already told my family to recommend to friends when they come to visit.
