Wingate by Wyndham Loveland

First tried to cancel the reservation, and they wouldn't refund the money. Then decided to go ahead and go since could not get the money back. The bed spread was stained. The towels were stained with reddish brown stains. The thermostat in the room.did not control the temperature, it was either really hot or freezing cold in the room. The bed was dented and made a popping sound everytime you moved on it. There was something wiped on the ceiling thya had not been cleaned off. The bedside lamp woudp turn on and off by itself. There was hair on the shower walls. Definitely will not be staying at a Wingate hotel again.

We had to hook up our tv and even then it didn’t work very well the controller batteries were dead staff seemed mad

Very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern and cozy. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Our stay was good. We only stayed one night. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast! The biscuits and gravy was a pleasant surprise. As soon as we got on the floor we were staying I noticed how dirty the floor was. It was a dark mucky color. The room was good, except the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well. There was stuff in thetub that looked yellowish like they just poured water over it to wash it down the drain but it should have been scrubbed. And found a few long black hairs on the floor and in the tub. I did opt for the “Mountain View” which cost a little more, but there is a new building going up right outside our window so not sure if it was worth it at the moment because you’ll mostly just see construction.

Staff was not inviting nor friendly . Hot tub was COLD and NOISY! Didn’t even get directions to our room just “elevator is down the hall”😅

We booked a king room and asked the front desk for a top floor king room and she put us in a queen room, Behind the chaise chair we found cheese and crackers on the floor. I felt for the amount of the room it should have been better then that.

The suite was great. Only complaints were the breakfast options and we had to ask multiple times for a crib in our room until we saw one in the supply closet and asked one of the room attendants if we could have it. Otherwise nice hotel

The front desk staff were amazing. The issues I had were with breakfast being taken down early, my child finding a previous tenants vape in our room and how worn the pool looked.

Great location; however hot tub wasn’t working. Stayed there specifically for this to relax in after a sports event. Other than that, no issues
