"The room was actually quite old and worn, but it was okay and fairly clean. I had to stay here for one night because my flight was suddenly canceled. The front desk staff were nice, but the soundproofing was poor; you could hear the elevator going up and down."

"It was a nice hotel. We have stayed here before and will again. Minor things….. if you sit on couch, you can’t see the tv, would put clock on desk or dresser, so that both people could see it, mattress was soft and had some bad pain. Will probably stay again, hotel is convenient for our needs."

"This place is quite a steal, the bed was incredibly comfortable, even more so than beds I've slept in at $300-400 a night hotels. There are also a few restaurants nearby, which is convenient. The breakfast was decent, and for the price, it's excellent value for money 👍"

"We had a fabulous stay at the Thistledown. We were in LIGONIER for an engagement party and many of us stayed there. The Thistledown is walking distance, on Main Street of LIGONIER. Adam, the owner, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated us for our event. The room was super clean and plush- met all of our needs. There is even a fully stocked (around the clock) coffee station for the guests - life savor. We will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend Thistledown."
