Clean enough, but short staffed.
No phones in rooms. Hot tub was too cold.

The service upon arriving was good. The staff was friendly.
The shower was strange. The shower curtain is verily long enough.
But, the view was Awesome.

The only inconvenience was that while staying on the second floor the ice machine was not working and had to go to the ground floor. Also, there was a strange humming sound during the evening that was ever so light but somewhat annoying when you were standing near the entrance of the door. Otherwise, everything was clean and in order while the staff at the lobby was cordial and very attentive to any needs!!

The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. The inside lobby and rooms are very clean, but the outside had some debris and cigarette butts out front were the employees break. It does look like they are giving the outside a facelift so that’s good. Don’t let the outside fool you, the rooms are extremely clean. The only negative I found was the parking..there is very little to go around.

TV'S DID NOT WORK. WAS SUPER ANNOYING. ENDED UP LEAVING. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
The woman working was awesome. But her hands were tied due to poor management and cheap owners.

We weren’t sure what to expect for the price point but were pleasantly surprised. The facility was clean & all the employees were very nice. The pool was really warm & clean. We had a great time & will stay again on our next trip.

I didn’t have high expectations given the low price, but this place was particularly bad. I have a long list of minor inconveniences and one major.
Some of the minor ones: only decaf in room coffee, no hot cups at the lobby coffee/tea bar, no towels at the pool, broken ice machine, housekeeping never came despite requests.
The major one: the shower curtain seemed to be cut in half and wasn’t long enough to reach the side of the tub. Given that the curtain rod was one of those curved ones, this means that all of the shower water dripped right onto the bathroom floor. No way to guide it into the bathtub. When I asked the front desk for a fix, they confirmed they knew about the issue (apparently in most rooms) and just gave me extra towels to sop the water up from the floor. Gross.

For the price that included a pool, hot tub and an ocean view, I would definitely stay here again. Staff were great, room was clean. Overall a good experience!

Tasha and Diana at the from desk were wonderful. The rooms were very nice. Issues We had to switch rooms for ADA purposes. Took awhile to be notified that the other room was ready. The main issue was the breakfast. Apparently the staff is purchasing some of the items. There were no coffee cups. The rooms didn't have coffee cups, a Keurig but only decaf available. Toilet paper had to be secured. The bathtub in the ADA room or for that matter any room is dangerous. Unless you are sure of foot, the ADA bar is in entirely the wrong place. Needs to be horizontal along the tub wall. Need to be on the Third floor to have an ocean view. Very restricted in the wing rooms. Would probably stay again as the price is nice but the breakfast and TV remotes need to be corrected. Thanks Diana and Tasha for making a difference.
