Wouldnt stay at this hotel again, very rundown amd needs a lot of work, rooms very basic mould and bugs in the room, pool area is closed, taped off, plus side the staff were friendly and breafast was nice, but the rooms need full renovation, the apartments we were facing were inhabitable, location on the beach and facing the marina, but i wouldnt reccomend even using this as a base to see the city,

I stayed there in the autumn of 2025. Quite far from the train station, close to the promenade and to the beach though. Clean, but cold and humid rooms, especially when it's rainy outside. Wi Fi was ok. The breakfast was mediocre. The service, especially, the cleaning staff' approach towards the customers, should be improved.

The hotel is old. Swimming pool not working. Reception no speaking English and no support. Moreover breakfast start at 8.00 sharp and not earlier and even if you had paid you do not get anything If you cannot be there asking in advance. I will not come back and I do not recommend it.

Good evening, This is the third year I've stayed at your hotel with friends, and this year we were disappointed with the location. We had a room with mold and a strong odor, which is harmful to our health! After 24 hours, we were finally given a reasonably acceptable room. We were offered two other rooms, one with a sewer smell and the other with a huge cockroach in the entrance! I would appreciate some compensation for next time and a room similar to the ones I stayed in the previous two years. Sincerely.

I had stayed at Inatel Oeiras twice before, it is a good hotel and a good place to spend a few days on holiday in front of the sea. The room this time smelled a bit musty, at breakfast there were no coffee cups, the waitresses told me to drink the coffee in the cups, they were not at all friendly.
