"This was the most expensive hotel during our Portugal tour this year but it was really not worth the money! The entrance keypad didn’t work properly for us to get in but hey, that wasn’t the problem. Everything is pretty run down, the tap in the kitchen was broken, the bathroom had copper rust all over the hinges, the bath mat had a whole in it and the room had a musty smell. For some time in the afternoon there was no running water and in the morning there was no hot water in the shower so we skipped that. Breakfast was ok and the garden was well kept - they must have a good gardener at least!"
