Hilton Garden Inn Ft. Walton Beach

Third time staying here. Room seemed to be recently renovated. Fresh paint and carpet. Still a great location and wonderful staff.

Wow. No more words period.

We booked pool view and included breakfast. I have to ask for breakfast. Since I didn’t know what room he gave me. We assumed that he will give me the pool view with balcony as described in my booking. I didn’t get any of it. I called the front desk and he told me that he will ask manager permission tomorrow. I don’t know what he meant by that. I paid for what I booked and xxxx. Other than that, the servers at the breakfast were very nice and helpful.

The grounds of the property are under major construction with big piles of dirt everywhere, construction cones everywhere. Hard to walk with a stroller to get to the side walk to reach attractions because of it. The property on ******* advertised that breakfast was included with my room. Hotel desk staff said it’s not.rugs are very outdated. I reached out to hotel about this and zero response. I wouldn’t stay again.

We had a fantastic time at this family-friendly hotel. The beach access felt like a resort , and my son absolutely loved the lazy river. The breakfast was generous, making it a great choice for our stay. Plus, we were conveniently located about 6 minutes away from the crab island tours.

The staff was great they were very friendly and helpful. The whole stay was very enjoyable.

We booked a Junior King suite, and was amazing! The room was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 6!! Nice view of the Gulf of Mexico, also the access to the beach was perfect! The pool was amazing and the breakfast was well worth it!! Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience during our stay. The beach view was beautiful, the outdoor pool was clean and relaxing, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely come back again.

Absolutely loved it. The only negative is you have to pay for parking.
