Even after an unpleasant accident at the hotel, I want to leave a good review about the working staff. Starting with the pleasant service of the staff at the reception - they took into account our wishes and gave us rooms next to each other (4 rooms). Bar and restaurant staff are very nice and helpful, they work quickly, everything is clean. A large selection of food, themed dinners and parties are held. Entertainment takes place throughout the day for vacationers of all ages. The hotel was fully booked, but nothing was missing. There were always free clean tables in cafes and restaurants. There was also no problem with sunbeds either by the pool or by the sea. As at the end of the season, the hotel tried very hard to make everyone satisfied. Now about the danger in this hotel. If you go to this hotel, be very careful, always be with your friends and family, watch your drinks, watch out for young people, especially 18-20 year old ladies. It was me, on October 28, after visiting the pool bar, I woke up badly beaten and in a strange euphoria that lasted the whole next day. I couldn't walk away from the pain all over my body. It was difficult to breathe because of the bruised ribs, legs, arms and head. When I got to the clinic, they took 4 x-rays all over me because my body was blue everywhere. Since I did not remember what happened to me, the doctor said that I was either beaten or fell down the stairs. After returning to the hotel on crutches, I wanted to report the incident to the hotel manager and find out what happened to me. But I got the answer that nobody saw anything and doesn't know what happened to me. In short, if something happens to you at the hotel, the hotel will defend its reputation in every way. In my case, they even faked surveillance camera footage. It only showed how I was in the cafe, and then at the elevator when I was already going to the room. When asked to show the part of the recording of how I left the cafe, in which direction I went and how I ended up on the ground among the palm trees at the edge of the area, I received the answer that according to the videos I did not fall anywhere. About the accident itself. In the cafe, a strange Arab-looking man with a black beard and wearing a black suit joined our company (6 young people aged 18-19 and me, the mother of two of them). He brought drinks and started talking to the girls in English. I told him to leave our table, then he started threatening me that I would fly out of here myself. I started to call security for help, but no one responded. Then I asked the youth to go home and went to the bartender to ask for help. The security guards were sitting right next to the bar to the side of the toilet entrance. I approached one of them, read "security" on the uniform and said it's good to have you here. After walking 2 steps to the toilet I passed out and didn't remember anything else until the next evening. The guards couldn't help but see me pass out as I fell right behin
