We stayed for one week from first arriving we have been greeted and well attended to by all staff hotel is amazing can not fault anything, many restaurants service a vast selection of cuisine to suit all tastes spoiled for choice bars all over the hotel and grounds entertainment was great massive play areas and water park for the kids it’s more like a mini fun fair, the amount of staff is unreal u never have to lift a finger as the staff just want to make u feel wanted and to leave content first time here but already booked again for April 2024. A huge thank you to all the staff and mostly the amazing guest relations lady she’s so pleasant and full of information - if your looking for a perfect relaxing n pampered holiday this is my recommendation

Stopped here back in July. We loved it. The bar staff were brilliant. The cocktails they made were some of the best we've ever had. They use plastic glasses around the pool but not cheap flimsy ones they are decent sized plastic glasses. Food is great. They have themed nights most nights doing foods from around the world. These range from very good to amazing. Restaurant is busy for evening meal but not horrendous. If you cant find a seat the staff will find you one within a few minutes. Restaurant is kept tidy. Staff always cleaning up. Loads of choice. Lunch time is more chilled. You can use the main restaurant or they have an outdoor restaurant. The food choice there is more limited and a little repetitive there but still plenty of choice. And it's a nice alternative to the main restaurant and closer to the beach. Breakfast probably as the least choice but still plenty to go at. You won't get a full English though haha. The one thing I did think was poor was the cereals. They were all very sugary and aimed at kids. If you do go let me tell you the toaster isn't broken. People put their arms inside to get toast out and you can burn yourself doing it. It was then I realised you can pull a tray out which brings your toast out. They really need a sign explaining this as most didn't know. Rooms were OK. A little dated but clean and tidy enough. Pool is great. Don't need to get up early to reserve beds. That being said I wouldnt leave it much past 9 before putting your towels out. Grounds are tidy and clean. There's a few bars to go at but we liked the one in the main reception best. It's got a bit of class about it and the quietest one. Great for having a nice drink before your evening meal or at the end of the night. The one near the pool is the busiest but you don't wait much longer than 5 mins and the staff work hard there in the heat so give them a break and be patient. The worst bar is the one on the beach. If you want beer or or soft drinks that's OK but don't expect much else. The beach is OK but you can't walk barefoot on it. The one thing we loved was the pier at the beach. Amazingly it wasn't busy. Plenty of beds and a nice breeze and you can jump off the pier into sea which kids absolutely love. They have ladders as well if you don't want to jump. The staff from the spa can be a little pushy but they've got a job to do. They are nice enough. We actually used the spa and it was really good and would definitely recommend it. You'd pay a lot more back home. Overall we loved our time here and took home some great memories .

Even after an unpleasant accident at the hotel, I want to leave a good review about the working staff. Starting with the pleasant service of the staff at the reception - they took into account our wishes and gave us rooms next to each other (4 rooms). Bar and restaurant staff are very nice and helpful, they work quickly, everything is clean. A large selection of food, themed dinners and parties are held. Entertainment takes place throughout the day for vacationers of all ages. The hotel was fully booked, but nothing was missing. There were always free clean tables in cafes and restaurants. There was also no problem with sunbeds either by the pool or by the sea. As at the end of the season, the hotel tried very hard to make everyone satisfied. Now about the danger in this hotel. If you go to this hotel, be very careful, always be with your friends and family, watch your drinks, watch out for young people, especially 18-20 year old ladies. It was me, on October 28, after visiting the pool bar, I woke up badly beaten and in a strange euphoria that lasted the whole next day. I couldn't walk away from the pain all over my body. It was difficult to breathe because of the bruised ribs, legs, arms and head. When I got to the clinic, they took 4 x-rays all over me because my body was blue everywhere. Since I did not remember what happened to me, the doctor said that I was either beaten or fell down the stairs. After returning to the hotel on crutches, I wanted to report the incident to the hotel manager and find out what happened to me. But I got the answer that nobody saw anything and doesn't know what happened to me. In short, if something happens to you at the hotel, the hotel will defend its reputation in every way. In my case, they even faked surveillance camera footage. It only showed how I was in the cafe, and then at the elevator when I was already going to the room. When asked to show the part of the recording of how I left the cafe, in which direction I went and how I ended up on the ground among the palm trees at the edge of the area, I received the answer that according to the videos I did not fall anywhere. About the accident itself. In the cafe, a strange Arab-looking man with a black beard and wearing a black suit joined our company (6 young people aged 18-19 and me, the mother of two of them). He brought drinks and started talking to the girls in English. I told him to leave our table, then he started threatening me that I would fly out of here myself. I started to call security for help, but no one responded. Then I asked the youth to go home and went to the bartender to ask for help. The security guards were sitting right next to the bar to the side of the toilet entrance. I approached one of them, read "security" on the uniform and said it's good to have you here. After walking 2 steps to the toilet I passed out and didn't remember anything else until the next evening. The guards couldn't help but see me pass out as I fell right behin

Unfortunately, the hairdresser prevented a nice welcome and a nice holiday. Their rude behaviour and asking for too much money scared us. My daughter said let's go home 5 days ago. He was very scared. The lady who owns the place was very uncleant and very rude. 2 families came and the other family will write a comment because she acted in the same way. We even met with a Latvian citizen family, his problem was the same as us.

This review is based on my experience as a British family. .. Flew from Liverpool into Antalya which was straight forward and a good flight. I will always pay extra for liverpool instead of Manchester as its a much easier experience. .. Arrived at Mukarnas midday April 13th 2024, the checkin was a little frustrating. Instead off dealing with each customer they tried to deal with 5 different families in one go. The Concierge grabbed our wrists to put the all inclusive bands on us which we found aggressive. A calmer manner and a 'please can I put this on' would've made the first experience more friendly. We upgraded our rooms x2 for the sea view paying 250 euros extra for the upgrade. .. The room was clean and spacious with a free mini bar ( no alcohol ). This is topped up everyday, however on occasion we had to chase the maids to add additional water too the fridge even though we left the sign out for the room to be cleaned and replenished. The shower was brilliant however they politely remind you to not flush toilet roll or lady pads. .... The staff here apart from the hiccups are exceptional. From bar staff to restaurant, guest services and entertainment team are 5 star hands down. Yusuf, Osman, Serhat are fantastic and the hotel night shows are on point and some of the best we've seen. We loved Ahmet (pool bar) and Seyit (restaurant) these two are class and speak multiple languages. They literally went above and beyond and we as a family will never forget them. The food... Big one There is alot of choice, however for us Brits it becomes limited depending on how fussy you are. Although extensive some of the labelling is frustrating. One example is 'meat casserole' they do use leftovers into the next day on occasions including soups.. They also have a kids area but it is very repetitive - onion rings - chips - turkey burgers etc.. The deserts we found very greasy (deep fried) or buttery. Unfortunately there wasn't one desert we enjoyed. They do not serve bacon or normal sausages. As a Muslim country I guess that's normal but Marmaris do have these options so found it strange. Bear in mind the hotel is predominantly polish and central Europe with the odd brits about. I'm assuming their cuisine is tailored more towards these countries. .. The main pool is 1.45 metres so if you have a non swimmer it is deep too deep for our 11 year old daughter. They do have a baby pool and allow swimming in the slide pool which is 1.20m however I found it dangerous. If you don't move out of the way then your child could be hurt from the slide activity. .. The beach is all pebbles and the incline from beach too sea is quite deep. The sea is also quite rough so caution must be taken for poor swimmers and young children.. .. The bazaar inside the hotel is a rip off please avoid. They wanted 25 euros for a rubber ring. There is a shop just outside the hotel to the left which is more reasonable but still expensive. ... The area your in isn't Antayla or Alanya but Oku

A great place for a vacation with friends or family. Very good and polite staff. Very tasty food. And a great garden and nature 🌞 The many sports activities during the day as well as the evening program of the amphitheater are prerequisites for an amazing vacation... 🥳 I recommend 100 percent 😃

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, very friendly staff (especially the guys on the pool bar and reception) comfy and clean rooms. Food is very plentiful, but basic, but the baklavas for pudding are incredible…make sure you have some! Drinks and food constantly flowing, Evening entertainment is ok It is a bit further out of town than I thought though so not much else around, but that’s my fault for not researching enough, it’s a beautiful, clean, friendly hotel and I highly recommend it.
