Our big family chose this hotel for a reason. In this wonderful place, very responsive staff and incomparable service! I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who reads this review. I would especially like to note the work of the girls at the reception, who always met and helped in any matter. I would especially like to mention the Russian-speaking girl Aiturgan, who was very nice and happy to help us. Thanks!

We stayed here for 10 days, 2 adults and 4 kids. Good points: clean hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, lots of food variety. Drinks were nice. Bad points: not enough sun beds round the pool. If you don’t put your towels down at 6am you are not getting a bed which is ridiculous! The hotel should not allow people to do this. We sat there all day and watched people stroll back to their beds around 1600 after being out all day! The pool closes at 1900 but the staff turf you off the sun beds at 1730 to make room for dinner tables… there is 1 life guard who watches the slides for 2 hours a day. He wasn’t there everyday! People were zooming down the slides. It’s a disaster waiting to happen!! The kids pool is tiny. If you have a toddler then this place isn’t for you! Luckily my 5 year old was confident enough to swim with arm bands as she couldn’t touch the floor in either of the pools ( besides the kids pool! Which is literally 1.5m by 1.5m) entertainment was ok, not much entertainment for the English though in my opinion. Staff couldn’t speak great English so my daughter didn’t enjoy the kids club as couldn’t talk to them. Food was ok - but gave us all sickness and diarrhoea. There was a lot to choose from but same thing most days. We got sick of it after about 5 days. The maids didn’t really clean your rooms - literally just made the beds and changed the towels. No glasses were removed from rooms or rubbish taken out. Beach was ok but beach shoes are 100% needed. The sea was too rough for the children to enjoy as the waves are really big. The rooms are not sound proofed at all. Could hear absolutely everything. Including the night club a few hotels along which didn’t stop until about 0200am. Overall we had a nice stay but would not recommend this hotel if you have children.

This hotel is the one where I will return again with my family! 1) very kind staff throughout the hotel! 2) we arrived at the hotel at 10:30. Within 15 minutes we were able to settle into the room. 3) the reception employee gave my daughter a bag with a children's coloring book, pencils and a wooden puzzle (personalized by the hotel) 4) personal assistant Mika. Showed the hotel area, explained everything where it is, how it works. She was very helpful, responsive, solved all problems even after her working hours. Thank you 5) rooms in modern design, clean! Everything you need - soaps, shampoos, hair conditioners, toothpaste, toothbrushes, body lotions, nail files, razor + shaving foam...etc. + bathrobes. 6) the mini bar was replenished every day - water, mineral water, beer, cola, fanta, children's juices, chips, waffles in chocolate. 7) Day and evening animation. Thoughtful. Quality shows. 8) mini club - children's entertainment program every day. Children can stay safe all day. There is a buffet on site, and if the child needs a nap or wants to relax...there is a room with a bed on site. 9) food - it was very tasty and of high quality in all catering places (also well prepared) 10) drinks - imported and very delicious cocktails. A cocktail master class is held every evening in the lobby bar. Where the bartender introduced the name of the cocktail, the ingredients and told each part of the cocktail. Thanks to every bartender. 11)Waiters on roller skates...wow, guys you are amazinge. I want to thank every employee for the wonderful holidays! Kirman Arycanda really impressed me with the high class service.

The hotel is in an easily accessible location. From the moment you enter, Ms. Cansu communicates with you one-on-one and if there is any problem, she solves it immediately. The rooms are nice and big enough. The food is better than average and has plenty of variety. There is also an indoor pool of sufficient size. The variety of alcohol is really high and the bar staff, in order not to offend you, will open the bottle and offer it even if you have a glass of alcohol. If I were to come again, this hotel would be my only choice in this region.

This was our sixth stay in Turkey, but it was the best vacation. High standard hotel, clean rooms, large selection of food, which was very tasty. There was always something going on in the hotel, there was no time to be bored. We would like to especially thank the bartender Yusuf - thanks to him our stay became even better, we will miss him and remember him fondly.
