The hotel is OK. Good points: Rooms are spacious, and the bed is comfy. The shower was good, and air conditioning worked well. Not so good points: The location is not the best. Some rooms overlook the grafitti walled port and a large carpark, which is used by boy racers in the evenings. The rooms overlooking the nice park have a better outlook. The balconies are very narrow and are unusable and house the aircon unit. The staff on the whole are very nice and helpful. We were part of a large Leger coach party and had breakfast and dinner included. The breakfasts were good, but the dinners were poor to inedible. Drinks were a bit above average prices, but the room has a fridge, and there is a supermarket along the side of the park. Although not a good location, it is an easy walk to the town which has many restaurants and upmarket shops. There is also a bus (4) outside the hotel that is a 15-20 min trip (€1.50) to a lovely local beach as there is no pool. There is a large terrace off the restaurant, which they did let me sit and use even when the restaurant was closed. For a 4* hotel, I think it is more a 3*

Ci torneremo sicuramente, straconsigliato! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Very conforable rooms and the most important all the staff was very helpfull, every time. We stayed 7 nights at this hotel and overall it was a nice place to stay. The room was spacious and the bed was huge. The bed is 2 single beds pushed together, which was annoying as one of us often slipped into the gap. Having said this the mattress and pillows were comfortable. There was no iron in the room although house keeping provided this when it was requested. There were no slippers or bath robes provided. No one cleaned our room for 3 days which was poor. We had to call reception to ask for housekeeping to visit our room. They did and to their credit, they visited everyday after that. The bathroom was spacious and had a shower, bidet, toilet and sink - no bath. Shower gel and soap was provided. The shower is great, has great speed and was always warm enough. It was great. We didn't get breakfast as we are late risers. The pool area is nice and the pool bar waiters are lovely. The downside of the pool area is we got bitten by mosquitoes which made some of the holiday uncomfortable (not the hotel's fault- but beware!). The pool water was so cold, i only stayed in the pool for a couple of minutes because it was unbearable! The gym has really good machines but it is always busy! I think the general public is allowed to use it. We didn't make use of the spa as it is only open 3 days a week - which is a shame. The hotel is located in a great location, close to downtown and the sea. And parking is great.
