Good everyone , Fantastic welcome , friendly staff and prepared , clean rooms . Breakfast with buffet without missing anything , very good ! The restaurant is very good with full and abundant meals , in the heart of Francecorta with countless cantines to visit for the lovers of wine and especially the buffets . Compliments , from the direction to the reception to cleaning and kitchen . I don't understand some reviews! Good to come back

The hotel is located on the nearby road to the centre, so comfortable to visit the city, walking. The informal and tendency-based environment has been voted on the modern approach to the offer of services. The room is not very large and has essential furniture that is comfortable for one night. We had an initial issue with our air conditioning not working but the team at the hotel moved us to another room which was much cooler. Staff are very nice and the breakfast is amazing value. Very close to the station and metro so ideal if you want to travel the area as we did. Iseo on the lakes a great day out by train.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the world. Unlike the busier lakes this area is very gentle and tranquil. The hotel is quietly elegant. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast ample. My only suggestion would be to include a few variations on the egg options ! Orietta and her team are simply lovely. They are kind and warm and extremely happy to give suggestions as to where to go and do. Every single one of them was spot on. One everlasting memory would be cycling in the nearby nature reserve, getting lost and then finding our way to Lago Moro. You can rent e-bikes from the hotel itself. Such a treat!!

I had a room with a dream view of the doom. The room and the bathroom I found relatively old. The air conditioning had not even much performance against the heat. The whole building worked inside like a time machine in the 1930s. But: All staff at the hotel were really very friendly and helpful. That was great class.
