I am hilton honors ( Silver) member we came in and choose a digital check in but room showed delayed and the room was not ready at 5:30 PM. So they offer me another room on first floor, I did not want to be there. I prefer top level where there generally no pets and not much noise. That is why I had pre-select room 319 not to far from the elevator. They told us the cleaning crew as ill. They did apologize and so they get the room ready in about 10 to 15 min... from 5:30 PM. We were at dinner went to Olive Garden why we waited. The sofa was still dirty took pictures so I was not be held liable. , There was construction ( big crane and ball that hits the street) near this location but no one told us that at the time of booking. So we give (3) stars for not a comfortable bed, late check in due to unclean room, staff that did not advise us on things, until we arrived. I would advise another location this is not a typical Hampton Inn.

Everyone must use the club. $50 per day includes breakfast and dinner for one room. It is very cost-effective no matter how many people are in the room!!! Try to give the service staff some tips, just $5. This is culture, don't deny culture. Just think of it as spending an extra $5. Very good hotel! Very good experience👍

We stayed a night for president’s day weekend. We checked in around 8 PM and were greeted by excellent service from their front desk specialist, Alexander. Alexander was quick to get us checked in and truly helped us feel welcome. I can say it was one of the best check in experiences I have had. He was able to provide all pertinent info we needed and promptly direct us to our room. We found our room very clean and ready for a relaxing evening after a day on our feet. Thanks Alexander and the team at Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa Orange County!

Staying in Orange County for a week and booked the Residence Inn Tustin because of relatively good experience with other residence inn before. The building looks very similar to the other residence inn and the lobby looks nicely done, clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful and managed to upgrade us into a two-bedroom unit due to my platinum status. However, the rest of the facility does need some refresh. The elevator is ok but since this is a pet-friendly hotel, throughout the week the elevator does get quite dirty and it does take a bit time for the staff to clean it up. The close buttons for one of the elevators don’t work as well so it also takes time for the doors to close. There are multiple issues with the room that we stayed in. The bedroom doors don’t close properly, and the sofa in the living feels as if it’s ready to fall apart. Cleanliness is also difficult to praise as we noticed stains on beds, ants in the shower, and leftover in the fridge. From a facility perspective I don’t expect great quality from the residence inn brand but this particular one seems to be on the worse end of the spectrum. However, the cleaning staff really needs to pay attention and clean the units well. We loved visiting the area and think we will be back again but we will unlikely return to this property simply because cleanliness is probably one of the worse ones that I’ve seen and experienced.

Was supposed to stay 12/23 - 12/30, but left 12/29. This place has really gone downhill!! We have been staying here exclusively since 2105, but we won't be staying here again. I loved the convenience of having a kitchen, but at $1,205 for the stay & it now seems overpriced. Especially since they no longer do the breakfast buffet - which is understandable with Covid & the CA restrictions; HOWEVER, the crappy ”brown-bag” breakfast is horrible. They don't ask what you want OR offer 2nd/3rd options. Example: 1 pre-packaged banana-nut muffin, 8oz Nestle water, 1 small, bruised red apple, 1 brown sugar chewy granola bar (so much sugar-gross). My husband has a nut allergy and is doing keto (almost 60 lbs lost - good for him!!) So basically you can eat this unhealthy/dangerous ”breakfast” or too bad for you per Sonesta. At least give people 2nd option, geez (hardboiled eggs last non-refrigerated!) No housekeeping the entire stay. Trashy long-term occupants, cigarette butts & dog $hit everywhere. Example: long-term across from our room - with pet - would stand in the hallway area & chain smoke & talk on speaker/cellphone. Where she stood all day/every day were tons of cig butts & dog poop - there is no way Sonesta didn't know about this person - and she wasn't the only one. Any way, I could go on, but I won't. Just wanted to give people a heads up that this really is no longer Marriott & spend your $$ elsewhere.

For our Disneyland trip we used this hotel. When we arrived everyone was very friendly but was a bit disappointed that my only two options for parking was self parking for $25 and valet for $30 per day. As this was our first time going on a proper vacation. Guess I should have read more carefully because I also thought it said breakfast was included like a continental type but no it just says breakfast available and it can get pricey. The food is good though. This hotel is about 9 min away from the Disneyland parking lot which was great. There are stores and restaurants near by. The view is limited and if wanting to have a Disneyland view this is not the place. We were only able to see the tower and a few lights at night. But over all very comfortable, clean and friendly.

GGuest UserThis hotel was great for our stay here in California. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable after a long day out whether around Los Angeles or a 17 hour day in Disneyland. The fridge was great bigger than we expected. We managed to store lots of bottled water and a few 2L bottles of juices with all our yoghurts etc for the mornings and during the day. Fridge is a great size for trips to Target which is across the street less than 5 min walk. Bathroom and other parts in the room we couldn’t fault had everything we needed for our stay to make it comfortable. As we left they were re decorating the halls, apart from all of this we wish there was stairs to each floor instead of just getting the lift up as we were in the 3rd floor room 355. Stairs would have been nice inside the blocks as there is only a fire exit stairwell to leave the hotel you cannot get to your room via stairs. Also great for parking a hire car as this hotel doesn’t charge for overnight parking too one of the reasons we chose this as our main location to go back and forth from saving us $350/$400 compared to competitor hotels around LA.

JJoybI’m writing this because it helped when I was looking to book a place for our trip to Disneyland and also I was happy with my stay. We stayed 3 nights here. I had stayed here before 20yrs ago. First, the castle theme is eye catching for the kids( my daughter is 17 and it was her 1st time to Disneyland) she thought it was cool. Place was clean, hot tub was hot and the pool was good temperature and all was clean. Well lit, no weird activities or people around. Good parking area. Room had a microwave and refrigerator that I wasn’t specifically looking for but it came in really handy. We ordered door dash and kept drink and left overs in frig. It’s close to restaurants, Starbucks, walgreen and of course Disneyland. I have a bad knee and It was close enough for me to walk without issues. It’s like 2 blocks away. I forgot to mention I needed a first floor room when I booked it and the staff made sure I got one. They did inform me that it is a bit noisier on the first floor which there were some noise but nothing crazy and I appreciated the information. People are on vacation so the place had early activity from guest but still not anything too noisy. I looked at hotels for hours trying to pick one for this trip. One I was going to pick also said it is close to Disneyland but I noticed it when we arrive in town and it was on the back side. This hotel is on the same street as the main entrance to Disneyland. We walked back to the hotel after midnight and the streets was well light as well as the hotel. I’m really glad I chose this hotel and I would stay here again. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

ZZHUThe transit stop of the No. 1 road is self-driving. Later, I thought about it. I should have a foot on the door and book a hotel with a beach. Overall the location is very convenient, the hotel environment is also good, parking is free, there is a small bathtub, there is a gym, there is a swimming pool, there is a laundry room, laundry / drying clothes for 30 minutes, each 2 knife (calculated), the room is big enough, breakfast 15 Knife (sleeping too far to eat). It takes about 10 minutes to drive out for dinner.

AAnonymous UserI used it on my trip to Anaheim. It's a little far from Disneyland, but it's within walking distance. A famous hotel for Japan is also nearby, so many people would join us when we returned at night. It is a two-story building with an apartment-like atmosphere. When you open the door, there is no corridor and you are immediately in the room. The room is spacious. It's not new, but it's clean. It's about a 20 minute ride on the Orange County Bus to Angel Stadium. If you install the app, you can easily buy a 1-day pass. There is also a convenience store at the gas station, so you don't have to worry about breakfast. It wasn't facing the road, so it was quiet and very comfortable.

GGuest UserThe outside is quite plain. But the rooms were excellent. Must have been recently redone. The beds have no bounce, firm. But very comfortable. We both slept well; no noise. The shower control was three times better that what have at home. AC was easy to understand. WiFi good with the password on the TV clicker. We stay at economy hotels and this was the best balance of cost and amenities. I can’t think of a change I’d suggest. I wish this was closer to our regular spot in Hollywood.

GGuest UserThe exterior facade leads to disappointment for the room inside Its small with little walking space. As soon as I set down my bag on the bed i notice a cigarette burn-on the top sheet used as a cover/comforter! And then another and another!! So I ring the front desk for fresh, clean replacement of bedding. They arrive within 10-20 minutes , i thank them. I pull the raggedy ones off and now there are also cigarette burns on the sheets. I booked a non-smoking room. Hmmm? Now I’m trying to overlook the fact and reason that all guests aren’t cut of the same cloth and the bedding did look as if it stayed for another visit once the guests were gone. But now as i unfold the promptly delivered fresh set they are slso designed by cigarette burn holes!!! Having pulled the pillows away from the headboard I see some sort of streak across the headboard that house-keeping didn’t. Oi vey! Now I’m walking to fetch a hot soapy washcloth , it seemed laundrred, I mean it was folded. Now on the wall where the towels are stocked it looks like a bad wipe off the walls of blood splatter? No matter cuz even if it was hair dye or chocolate it shouldn’t be left for anyone to notice!!! I was shocked with an assumption that house-keeping needs better sanitation training. I wanted to check out to book hopefully a sanitary room from anther Hotel Motel Holiday Inn! But everyone was booked and there weren’t any within my meager limits. And I spent $100 on this booking! I should have taken pictures as proof of my remarks but i was just keeping my wits not to go off into my darkness. Well you can always go see for yourself! Thanks for the outlet, it needed to be said Room 208

HHigbyThe security guard was very rude! He was hassling us as we were loading our car with our belongings. We had a long trip ahead of us so we had to organize our stuff in the car, which would have taken us about 20 mins AT THE MOST. With him constantly harassing us about taking too much time and us having to stop what we’re doing to speak with him it ended up taking us an hour to do the task. We also were traveling with my emotional support animal whom just had babies (2 kittens) and so they were in the car in a cage and he even started yelling while my husband was cleaning out the litter box which terrified our pets!! It’s crazy how unprofessional this man was. On the other hand, the room itself was nice! I loved the layout, how there is a sliding door that separates the front half which is the bed, tv, and bathroom area. And then the back half has a sofa ( that can be pulled out into a bed) and a sofa chair, coffee table, and two end tables, the windows which do open, and an additional tv. It’s perfect for my husband whim likes to watch tv all night while I’m sleeping in the bed in the other area. They also have a great breakfast with a waffle maker!! So besides the security guard in the parking structure I had a great experience at this hotel.

GGuest UserMy brother had paid a week in advance but he had an issue and had to leave the room before his week was over. I went in the office to see if they could refund him 2 days he had left or to see what could be done. I'm visiting from Arizona for a month and I was considering switching to this hotel. I went in today and spoke with Diana (the assistant manager) and was so surprised with her unprofessional and disrespectful attitude and tone she spoke to me with. Her unprofessionalism is not acceptable. Thanks to that I'm taking my business elsewhere. Beware of her if you decide to stay here.

This place is DISGUSTING!!! STAY AWAY!! GO ELSEWHERE!!! NOT WORTH IT!!! Stayed here several times for work and each time was SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Always broken things in the room and stuff that doest work and filthy rooms that smell really bad, like really bad B.O.!! The last stay was the WORST experience I have ever had and I have stayed at many Motel 6s throughout the years for my business! The front desk staff is EXTREMELY unfriendly and rude and apparently they live there in several of the rooms also as I see them coming out of them often throughout the day and they are always in a really bad pissed off mood and give you mean looks if you even look at them. The rooms with the sliding glass doors have been broken into so many times, that the staff put broom sticks and thin cheap plastic rods in the sliding glass doors to try and prevent people from breaking into the rooms. You can see all the pry marks in the doors (and even the front doors.) There are huge gaps in the front doors also where the doors dont fit properly and NO PADLOCKS to secure your room from the inside (they have all been removed!!) During my first stay there, the sliding glass door was broken as well as the clothes drawer, both wouldnt even open, and light bulbs were missing in the room and several outlets were inoperable leaving just one (not enough to charge / plug in all my stuff.) During another stay, the whole ceiling above the bathtub was literally caving in and about ready to fall into the bathtub, it was from major water damage and had lots of mold and was hanging on by a hair, SO EXTREMLY DANGEROUS!! After complaining, they showed me another room, but it smelled like someone died in the room and was left there for weeks, literally, neither the guy or me could even go IN the room when he opened the door it smelled so bad, we were gagging, and it looked like it hadnt been cleaned or rented out in years!! He said that was the only room they had left!! During another stay (my LAST) the smoke detector was completely covered up with plastic (so people can smoke in the non smoking room!), the clothes drawers were also broken, and the absolute WORST part of it, the toilet was FULL of human feces and completely clogged and full to the rim with S&^T!!!!! YES, THEY RENTED THE ROOM TO ME THIS WAY AFTER CHARGING ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS!!! When I complained about it, the front desk staff just said very rudely, ”you can check out if you dont like the room”!!!!!!!! They said that the maintenance worker wouldnt be there until 8am the next day (this was at 11:30pm at night and after I just drove 10 hrs from another state and had to be up at 7am for work!) Around the pool, you can see rooms FULL of old furniture and junk, this place is the biggest pit hole I have ever seen!! The last time I stayed there and was loading my car to leave, another customer was yelling and shouting out in anger about how bad their room smelled and how the staff refused to help them or do anything a
