The location is in Dongsheng district, the former center of the city, a bit far from the Ordos city. Our purpose was to visit the Chinggis Khaan mausoleum, so the selection of the location was a minor mistake. It is not related to the hotel’s wonderful service. The hotel’s service and conditions were amazing other than the receptionists didn’t know English. They asked for a deposit but finally, they did know we already paid. It took some time after our long trip. Hope they will improve their experiences with online booking

It was a very pleasant stay in Ordos - Dongsheng. The hotel is very good, the staff are very attentive and highly recommendable hotel .

The room we stayed in was big and clean. The staff could not speak English; however there was one lady who could speak English and was very kind and helpful. When she was not there, we had trouble communicating to the staff. They were not efficient enough and I think there was a lot of miscommunication; however the hospitality could have been better. The TV in our room was big and had many channels, but the movies did not work. Buffet breakfast is Chinese. I think it’s a great hotel with many facilities, but I did not feel very comfortable and feel that the staff could be better in handling foreigners better.

房間很寬敞，帶着父母孩子全家一起住特別好，尤其是經理劉星的服務特別周到，酒店整個設施也很人性化，免費的小零食，水果，還有一些生活小物品都是不限量提供的，如果有機會再去鄂爾多斯，還會選擇住這裏

房間不是很大，肯定到不了五星級，四星都夠嗆，最起碼連浴缸都沒有，房間有蟑螂，而且房間還不隔音，晚上那女的叫的，聽的一清二楚，對孩子影響多不好啊，前台接待很冷淡，業務也不是很熟練，早餐倒是不錯，但是人太多，亂哄哄的。

服務：酒店最好的是早餐和服務，特別豐富的早餐，服務也比較貼心和人性化，隨時提供水，水果和小時，是我內蒙古賓館裏和包頭萬豪一樣服務最好的一家
設施：和服務出現明顯對比的就是設施。酒店太老舊了，房子設施就是三星水準，裝修基本沒有，還有好幾個地方都破了掉色，下水道蓋子也壞了。淋浴器是老早那種固定在天花板上的，不洗頭衹能戴浴帽。廁所有些臭，最受不了就是房間裏煙味特別大。剛進去沒煙味，到了晚上越來越大，不知道是不是從中央空調或者排氣扇進來的，總之這個感覺特別差。我們訂的另一間房奇熱無比，不知道是不是空調壞了，實在沒法住人。想換間房，但被告知已經全部住滿，衹好晚上拖箱子住到其他家酒店去了。
環境：環境不錯，感覺周圍商業在鄂爾多斯算比較繁華了
衞生：煙味很大所以衞生評分不高，其他的話就是破，不知道是沒打掃乾淨還是純粹破舊了
早餐: 早餐確實不錯，是內蒙古幾家五星酒店裡最好的，不比國際五星差。品種豐富，味道也都很好，這要贊一個
內蒙這次跑下來，除了國際五星喜來登啊萬豪啊酒店水準達預期，其他五星酒店都挺神奇，要麼房子宏偉但老舊+服務一塌糊塗，要不就房子太老舊類似三星，不知道是怎麼定級的

早餐:很好吃啊，品種豐富，最喜歡羊雜湯，很棒！
温泉會館門票:到了酒店放鬆一下也是不錯的，還可以魚療，美中不足小童戲水區水温較涼，小朋友玩的挺開心，我有點凍感冒（˃ ⌑ ˂ഃ ）
酒店環境也不錯，樓下有個噴泉，晚上看還是挺美的

住的比較滿意，衞生打掃的還算乾淨，就是在清理衞生不徹底，把垃圾袋和垃圾放在屋裡沒清理，有點讓人噁心，酒店的設施設備修理不及時，淋浴房門關不上，有點快要掉下來的感覺，讓人提心吊膽的不安全感，衞生間門關開時吱吱響煩人，你説有多差吧道也不是，就是細節上要做到位。不然就沒有競爭力，人家對手處處比你做的到位。走了客人，丟了財啊！
