There are 3 people at the front desk and 3 automatic payment machines. I was able to check in with plenty of time because I entered early, but I think it took longer than usual due to the procedures and explanations of regional coupons during national travel support. When I looked back, the waiting customers were lined up before I knew it, but they kindly explained it and asked me to answer the questions. I am grateful to the lady at the front desk who was in charge. The room is Hollywood. Twin cleaning was beautiful, so I was relieved. Since it was renewed, the equipment is new. A wide table that can be expanded and work with a PC Semi-separated (by bath and toilet) ← This is the first condition when deciding a hotel. I thought there was a washroom and I wanted it, but shampoos are placed on the edge of the bathtub. There is no shelf in the shower, no chairs and tubs. When used on the floor they said it was hard to use. I don't have a laundry hook, and I put it in a gap next to the bathtub, such as a towel, a brush, or a shower, and I wondered if there was such a place until now. Anyway, the bath is difficult to use. I thought, but I got a lot of delicious food at breakfast ^^ Is there a place where Chawanmushi is served for breakfast? I was disappointed that the dashi roll I was looking forward to was a time-consuming item or a date. It was good enough to search for a shop after I got home. Most of the ”Shokusai Kenmi Nono Grape” branches? It's also in the hotel. I'm thinking about choosing the next hotel. The staff 々 all felt good. The breakfast venue was good here. Thank you.

I chose this hotel as my accommodation for a performance at Orix Theater. I was able to return to the hotel immediately after the performance, and it was very convenient to leave my luggage nearby. There were convenience stores and cafes nearby, so the location was excellent. I also liked that it was easy to find, just a 5-minute walk from the station. I didn't have breakfast so I don't know about the food. The room is clean and has sufficient amenities. It wasn't a women's plan, so there were no skin care products. Personally, I liked that there was a deodorant spray in the room. While many hotels have them these days, it's one of those things that you'll be disappointed if you don't have them.

Like this hotel very much! The price/performance ratio is very high, the rooms are relatively new, and the location is very convenient. It is very close to the Kintetsu and the subway. There are convenience stores, drugstores, fast food, and noodle shops downstairs. All facilities are complete, and skin care sets in tablets are provided ( DHC's cleansing oil, facial cleanser, toner and lotion), and the front desk also provides hanging coffee, tea bags and bath salts. The service is very good, and the hotel elevator requires card swiping, which has good security and has panels that are convenient for wheelchair users and blind people. Will give this chain priority when going elsewhere.

The hotel is located at the northern end of Shinsaibashi-suji. It is about 300 meters away from Exit 1 of Shinsaibashi subway. The hotel front desk is on the second floor. The staff is very enthusiastic and patient. Check-out can be done directly at the self-service machine. The room is large enough to open two suitcases, and there is a small sofa. There is a refrigerator to store milk, toiletries are complete, and DHC small packages can be obtained in the lobby. Breakfast is served in the Western restaurant on the first floor, and the coffee is good. You will enter Shinsaibashi-suji just 10 meters outside. There is a ramen shop next to the hotel where people are always queuing up.

This hotel was gorgeous. Staff are lovely. Our twin room was spacious with very comfortable beds and, again, plug in facilities for all our electronic devices without having to use our international plugs. Coffee, tea, etc on tap 24 hours in the lobby and, for those who travel with no pyjamas or toiletries, all was provided in the room. Weird & wonderful was that you could put your laundry in the washer/dryers and see from the screen in your room when it was finished and ready for you to go back & collect it. Train stations are close to hand. A huge shopping mall down to the right of the exit but if you want to find good eating places turn left from the exit and you will only have to walk a few hundred metres to find many choices.
